Went today to make an account with Nevada and customer care was great. Arlene helped me in a detailed steps on how to access my account and answered all of my questions. Good bank.

I opened my account up about a month ago with Arlene Bark at the Nellis branch. She is exceptional! She was very informative and took the time to explain everything in detail with me about the account and incentives. She has such a great personality and I loved interacting with her. I would give 5 stars just for her. However, the reason I didn't give an overall score of 5 is because I've experienced some issues and concerns with the account. I found out they would only let me withdraw $300 daily and $500 point of sale transactions daily. This absolutely does not work for me! I had selected my military compensation to be direct deposited. I pay a lot of my bills from that deposit. Including my rent. I also have a major car expense that needs to be paid. Yet customer service said that I would not be able to do it because of the limitations. They said I may be able to go into the bank and ask but then I was told that also due to my address not showing a Nevada address this could be an issue. I originally used the Nellis AFB lodging address because that's where I was staying. However, I do not like the idea of credit/bank cards coming to a lodging facility. I then changed the address to my home of record address until I find housing here. I should not, not be able to draw my funds out because of this. Therefore, I have changed my direct deposit to go back to my original bank and I have another job that I put a portion now directly deposited into this account instead so that I can pay my bills from the other. This was a huge inconvenience and not a good look at all. I would have give 5 stars if not due to these issues. I want to give a 3 really, but because of Ms. Arlene I went ahead and gave it a 4. Hopefully, my issue can be rectified soon because I would rather deal with this credit union, but if not I am definitely limiting my interactions with this credit union. A plus is that they do have some nice incentives for the military bank account.

Arlene was so pleasant to work with. We've took over as Booster Club counsel and we've been holding off the bank account for 7 months because we thought it would be a hassle but boy were we wrong! This has been the smoothest bank transaction I've ever had, and it's not even my account, it's our Private Orgs account. Thank you Arlene, for making it one less thing to stress over!

I walked into the bank branch at Nellis Air Force Base needing assistance to create online digital access to my new One Nevada bank account for my car loan payment. I was assisted by Ariene Bark who went out of her way to guide me step-by-step and overcome the challenges. I was able to set up online digital access successfully. Without her assistance I would have been late on my car payment . She was a wonderful ambassador to the business.

We went into the office to ask Arlene about a letter we got in the mail regarding our email address. As always, Arlene was so helpful, knowledgeable and gracious. She walked us through the steps to update our profile, and noticing we had a significant number of points on our Visa card she asked us if we knew what we could do with them. We were clueless, and thought all we could do was redeem the points for trinkets which we were not interested in. But she showed us we can redeem the points for cash! Yippee! Arlene then walked us through that process well, and we will be getting real money deposited into our checking account, which "paid" for the groceries we bought after leaving the credit union office. THANK YOU ARLENE!!! And now we know we can get cash for points we will feel better about using our card more often. Oops! LOL!
