“This bank was great. We had called several in the area and needed some special help but this is the only branch that would accommodate our needs. Not only helpful but Katherine was friendly and professional and very patient. My home branch is in New Mexico but I was treated like I was at home. Thank you and your office so very much . “Beautiful job! Just drove to Vegas from Alberta, Canada through many winter storms. Our truck was filthy. The guys did a fantastic job and also noticed 3 rock chips, which we had them fix. Our truck is now shiny and clean. Oh, and we had already had it washed at another car wash in Vegas, and it was still dirty, especially the tonneau cover (still covered in salt from the roads). Very happy with the results and definitely worth the price.”

“After having much difficulty at other Bank of America's in California, I was assisted by Ana who is the assistant vice President of the Rancho Lane financial center. Her service was excellent 100% turnaround from other Bank of America's that I was using to assist me in closing out my fathers accounts. A little tip for you, if you have to call the deceased department in order do I get the ball rolling on closing out accounts forward to see's family members, make sure to tell them that if you get disconnected you want them to call you back and be assertive with them. Have a deceased department make sure to document the conversation and what they told you that you need to do next. It's likely that the next deceased department representative will contradict what you've been told and you'll wanna have it in the documents to move forward. I have a feeling that ana would be a great advocate should you need help.”

The people we talked to were rude, but Jason was so patient and calm. Best customer service I've had in a long time. People don't have the patience anymore to help someone out, it's sad. So it was refreshing to have that during this stressful day. I hope they give him a raise! Thank you!”

“This location is near downtown so it's not the best place but it's not dangerous either. Some homeless people roaming but as a woman by myself at night I never feel unsafe. Great people work here and they have a ton of vegan, organic, healthy options which I really appreciate.”

“Came in to get gas, where I was greeted by a very bubbly, redhead named Mystina. She was very helpful and polite. I took too long to get to the pump so I can pump my gas. I paid with the card. I did let her know that the pump was not working. She did inform me because I did take a little longer that the gas automatically stops and I wouldn't be charged. She did offer me a receipt that showed that I wasn't charged and then proceeded to put the same amount on that gas pump, she was very polite and again offered me my second receipt. It's good to know that there are still polite and respectful people in customer service. Thank you.”
