Made an appointment for our trailer for a roof leak. Was told they'd have a service bay open so it wouldn't outside in case of rain. A week later and it was still parked outside. Called twice to talk to the tech who never called back. Spoke to the receptionist who said I should come get my trailer because a thunderstorm was coming in. Rushed over to get my trailer and was almost locked out because the receptionist didn't bother to tell anyone I was coming. Waste of time and precious gas. These people are beyond unprofessional. There should be an option for zero stars. Take your trailer elsewhere.Service: Body & Trim

AVOID! I used Pro Tech for some solar and step installation. The front desk staff are nice enough but the owner is truly a monster. The repairs took months longer than promised with low quality and cheap results. They were supposed to fix my LP fridge and it has still never worked. They ordered the steps and when I returned months later they had purchased the wrong steps and told me I needed to pay for them to be manufactured to fit. During the conversation with the owner, who finally called me after promising to do so months prior, he called me a "f^%$ing b*&%ch", "idiot", "are you f&%$ing crazy?". This was all in ear shot of my children (ages 6 & 9) one the phone and in front of them in person. I can handling shotty work and even poor customer service. The behavior of the owner was beyond tolerable, was downright abusive and scary. I highly recommend finding anywhere else to get your repairs or purchase from.

Wayne and John are both extremely professional. I am a new fifth wheel owner and smelt propane in the storage units. Wayne came out, checked everything, double checked everything, and answered all the questions I had. Great experience. Will go to them for all future (hopefully not many!) rv issues

First, ***** owner of Pro Tech did not do diligence on checking a water leak which he actually created when he installed a water heater bypass kit. And then he had the audacity to blame me for.Second, he over charged me, $1500 for a different water hose leak in which his repair failed. I had it fixed by another RV repair service who charged 1/3 of what ***** charged. I can provide more details and documents.I will not recommend this shop.

Mike, the office manager was great. The owner was misleading and a terrible person to have sell or buy RV from. He is always either gone or too busy to speak with. They do not have a website to sell your RV nor post to any other website to help sell your RV.

The owner is either unavailable or not present when you go to the business. He does not have any internet advertising if you want to sell an RV.

We have never received such poor service from an RV repair shop. We were overcharged for shoddy work that took 3 months not 2 weeks as indicated. I wish I could give them a minus starnot a one star. The sanitizer fitting that was leaking is still leaking. The $750.00 roof scrub, wash, roof "treatment " and caulk re-seal was a rip off. The work was done four months ago and I am having the caulk replaced again as the wrong type of caulk was used on my fiberglass roof. They did not take off the old caulk they just put new caulk over the old. I have black stains on the roof which tell me the roof wasn't scrubbed washed and treated either. After three months of waiting I was told the inside rear tire had a screw in it and was flat. I run with a tire pressure monitoring system and I had no issues when I dropped it off. They charged me $125 to take it down the street to the tire repair shop. The tire folks called me and told me the screw was in a position that couldn't be repaired. I had to replace all four tires as I didn't want one new one and three used ones. They excepted zero responsibility for that. $2300.00 later I am dealing with the same issues. The only thing that was done properly was servicing of the generator and I only say that because it runs. I don't even know if it was serviced.

Owner repaired my toilet maserater pump 60 days ago, over $1000, broke again would not stand behind his work or fix it, claimed I was rude and shouted at me. I’ve never experienced such rudeness and unprofessional attitudes ever. His secretary is just as bad, rude condescending and treated me like a second class citizen.I'm seeking an attorney to deal with this.

Very rude on the telephone when asked about the services this business provides. Their distrust of potential customers suggests that they are not on the level. Wanted to support a local business but refuse to spend my money on people that seem annoyed by phone calls about their business.

We have only had our RV for a few years and had yet to "brave" taking it in for any work even though it is older (1995). We are the third owners and it is in good shape for the age. But there were a few things bugging us about what was going on with it. Terry and Adriane were so welcoming the entire time and we never felt "***** for not knowing about certain things. They are good at their jobs and VERY helpful. The price was right as well! Highly recommended.

I had a great experience here...they installed a new battery system and soft start module, and also fixed a few things on my trailer. From start to finish they gave me good consultation, did great work, and had clear and fast communication. All at a reasonable price...I'll be back!

We have been using this facility for years with no problems and would have recommended them in the past. Unfortunately, on our last encounter everything changed.
