“These guys are wonderful. We had to reschedule our first appointment to get a trailer hitch installed, and they were very accommodating with that change. Charles was very polite and welcoming and directed me to a (very) nearby Starbucks to wait. My car was done in the time promised and another person gave me a call and a text when it was finished. The shop is clean and has everything a U-Haul customer would want and need. Would definitely use again!”

We have had exceptional service from every department (estimator, moving team, and office). No items were lost or damaged, nor was there any damage to our home during the moves. His 'A Team' included Matt O, Matt S and Adam. They approached the move in a professional attitude and efficient manner during some very miserable weather.
