Couldn't be happier, the prep was very thorough and the finished job made our home built in 1979 look like new. Jake was a pleasure to do business with and you won't be sorry if you trust your home to Jones PaintingService: Exterior painting

Our job took 3 days. We had a crew of 2 men who were very detailed oriented and professional. The preparation that took place before any painting started was performed exceptionally and with great care. My only issue, which is why only 4 stars, was that neither fellow spoke English so it was hard for us to communicate with the workers since we don't speak Spanish. None the less, EVERYTHING turned out perfectly at completion. Excellent workmanship at a very affordable price. I highly recommend their services and would highly recommend their business to anyone. We are so happy with the work that Jones Painting did on our house and brick. It has been a pleasure working with Jacob and his crew. They were able to give us exactly what we had pictured our house could be.Service: Exterior painting

June 2019 by Mary C.
I hired Tim (Louie) Jones in Sept. 2016 to paint both of my buildings at 340 and 343 Sweetwater Circle, Dayton, NV and paid him a total of $11,770. The paint on the deck and stairs of both units began to flake off shortly thereafter. I contacted him and he agreed to take care of it once the weather cleared up. He never did. I later hired a property manager whom I believed was taking care of it. He also assured her that he would take care of it but still has not. He stopped answering/returning our phone calls. The latest is that he is now saying I was aware the deck/stairs were made of Trex (which is not paintable). This is completely false. I found this out subsequent to his painting job. He never informed me that the deck/stairs were made of Trex and should not be painted. I sent him a letter on May 7, 2019 to rectify as it is degrading the looks of my property and desirability to tenants. He has ignored my letter. Why would I tell a professional to paint something that was unpaintable? As a professional, wouldn't you expect them to point out the deck was made of Trex and therefore unpaintable?
