Brenda at Capitol Roofing was fabulous as was our roofing job. Best customer service; they did a great job, finished early and most importantly cleaned up after themselves. I can’t rave enough about this company. Highly recommend them!

Capitol Roofing is very responsive to the customer's needs and their roofers are friendly and professional. Their scheduling is flexible and they work with the customer to make things happen. Capitol Roofing is my go to roofing company.

I called six or seven roofers to get a price to re-roof my house. I live out of town and it is often difficult to get proposals for work. Capitol (Ron) called me back. At least three of the others didn't bother. We discussed what I wanted (standing seam metal). Ron told me it would be expensive but they could do it. I had his quote in a few days. Capitol was the low price. Not crazy low just a little less than the next guy. Two others were crazy high. Ron actually called and made sure I had everything I needed and wanted to make sure I didn't have any questions. Bruce (Ron's Brother) was always attentive and quick to address concerns. I modified what I wanted and they were quick to respond with revised pricing. We provided a deposit and once the materials arrived they started. It was a pretty big job 71 squares total. The bulk of the job took about four weeks with varying levels of man power. The crew was friendly and attentive to any issues that arose. Jesus, the foreman, was always eager to address any concerns we had and explain the process and procedures. . There were no change orders requested other than some bad plywood which we had anticipated and negotiated in advance. The thing I liked most about working with Capitol was that they clearly wanted the job and they treated us like customers. Some of the others clearly had plenty if work and didn't seem to care whether or not we hired them. A big thank you to Jesus. Truly a pleasure to work with!

Had a terrible experience. It took way longer than what was quoted. Was told that it would take 2-3 weeks and instead took 3 months. The roof was left half done for several weeks and in that time it rained badly. Causing almost a grand in damages one of witch was the dripping water had fried out the heater costing $300. The owner told use he would come out and fix things but we never saw him. He was really quick to take the money but extremely slow to do the job. Thankfully the roof turned out ok. Don't go unless you wanna end up paying more money and waiting way long.
