“Not the final review of 2023 I was hoping to write but unfortunately, it became time to put our baby girl, Beastie, to sleep. From making the appointment on the phone, to interacting with the staff in person, everybody was caring, sympathetic, and patient. In a strange twist, while I was filling out the paperwork, our dog ended up passing away in my wife's arms...right there in the waiting area. The girls at the desk took her into a room to verify and unfortunately, did confirm that she had passed. They gave us a private room to say our goodbyes, and handled all of the paperwork/payments privately so we wouldn't have to go back into the waiting room. We ended up going with the option to have her cremated and ashes returned to us and to have her paws molded. Obviously, they removed the euthanasia charge from the final bill. I would highly recommend this place to every dog parent. They truly care for your pet and are very kind. Below is the final picture of our baby. It was taken in the parking lot, just seconds before she passed. She loved the mountains very much.”
