Walked in and walked out of room. Bug infestation, rats chewed through stuff, hair and toenail clippings in the bed. Ask for a refund and then they charge me an extra 100 dollars on top of making the refund very difficult. Had to find another hotel in town that night

I had a reservation at this motel for 3 nights starting May 30, 2024. After the first miserable night I checked out of this motel and moved elsewhere even though the rooms had been paid for and were nonrefundable. The beds were terrible, the electrical outlet sparked when my cousin tried to plug in her cpap machine. The bathtub held 3 to 4 inches of water over half an hour after my cousin took a shower and there were blue spots showing on the bathtub that appeared to be mold. The motel was supposed to have a pool and breakfast, but a hand written sign at check-in said these services were unavailable. I have traveled extensively for more than 23 years and only ever checked out of a motel on one or two occassions at most. Beware of staying at this property!

Rooms were nice, big and also cheap! The pool was disgustingly dirty! The view was good with mountains! The place is good too.

Absolutely THE WORST place to stay in beautiful Gardnerville, Nv. - coming from a Native Nevadan.
•Scary, dark parking lot in the back of a hidden alley.
•Very outdated, dirty & smelly rooms.
(Hair on towels, in bathtub & on sheets, gum in carpet, leaking shower head/molded walls (tried to be covered up but I have photo and video evidence.), toilet ran all night long, and the list goes on.)
•Pavement is crumbling and falling apart, including upstairs in the walkways/doorways.
•Old furniture laying around property.

I have pictures to prove all that was stated but no where to add them. Do not stay here. Spend the extra to have quality. This is "No quality inn"
Rooms: Absolutely disgusting. Beds had pee stains, blood stains. Sheets dirty. We walked in, looked and walked back out. Carpets old and stained. Walls were stained from over use. Smelled like mold.
Walkability: The side walks are a tripping hazard everywhere. The upstairs is un-leveled. The railing shakes.

We received service with attitude. The room stunk like rat, and we found rat tracks. We found where rats had chewed through the wall. We found they ate the sugar and the coffee packets and the soap had bite marks in it and it was on the floor. When we reported this to the desk, we were refused our money back.

Didn't even check in. Room was full of water. Parking lot pavement deteriorating into rocks. Curbs falling apart . Roof needs attention. Screens on windows need replaced. Pool was green. No continental breakfast. Had to find another hotel in the area that cost me twice as much due to needing a room after traveling for a event. Hallway smelled like urine.Pics of building and parking lot not evan close to what it was. Very disappointed ? . After all said lady at front desk very nice.

BEWARE! DO NOT STAY HERE! This property should be condemned !!! There is trash and furniture everywhere out side ! The pavement has not been kept up and is crumbled ! There is no breakfast as advertised! The WiFi doesn’t work as it kicked me off every 5 seconds! So noisy with screams and cars racing in the parking lot ! There is no employees ! Had to call a number to be checked in and it took her a very long time to answer and to get to the office ! I had lipstick in my keycard! There was no blanket in the room ! My room was freezing ! As I was looking for my room there was a man cleaning a room , it looked like he was cleaning a crime scene! I had to leave for my own safety and the owner refused to give me a refund ! This doesn’t even deserve one star ! For your safety I advise you do not book her! All reviews are 100 % accurate!

Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Smells like sewer due to the plant across the street, does not have breakfast as stated, 1 tv station instead of cable as stated, had to kill spiders before going to bed. Overall not a great experience and motel 6 would have been the better option. Night clerk didn't talk almost at all through our check in, and room cleaners visibly tweekin.

I have stayed here a few times. It constantly seems like it's under construction. the rooms are clean enough but really dated and have with peeling wall paper, cobwebs. One room I stayed in had no way to move the blinds. They seem short staffed because there is never anyone behind the counter.

Ambivalent about service. Didn't go in. Drove around to see which side we wanted to stay on. Result: none!

Under construction due to lack of upkeep. The 2nd floor balcony looks extremely dangerous as the floor is sagging and looks like it could collapse at any moment.

Owner & staff are great. The owner helps out those who are trying to better themselves and regain their life's back.
Motel is old however she has been working on. Having carpet taken out with new flooring.
She has removed some from the motel and those there are working hard to get motel looking and running better.
I also feel that it is rude of people to leave reviews making statements as to judging others and calling out names like crack heads, everyone has a past and people really need to leave their ugly name calling to themselves. The owner is a wonderful women and its very considerate of her to give others second chances to regain themselves

I initially made a reservation for the wrong weeken...my mistake, but they fully capitalized on it and charged me almost double for a room at 5.
I have worked for hotels and know that the evening of the day you typically drop rates, not raise them. In addition, I asked them to cancel my original reservation. Had to ask for the cancellation 4 times and never got confirmation so called later to cancel.
The front desk was very short handed when we arrived. The staff was frazzled and rude to customers (not me but I witnessed them treating others and other staff poorly). When checking out the front desk told the people in front of me that they were yelling at them (the customer) cause they were annoying.
I will NOT stay there again and would recommend others to avoid it.
There was no breakfast. Which is not a problem but they should change their advertising if that is the case.
Rooms: The room...
- carpet and wallpaper were stained
- Room had an odd smell to it
- Not enough outlets for all appliances, had to unplug the microwave to plug in the TV
+ The temperature in the room was perfect despite being a very cold night.
