I contacted this business at the recommendation of our former realtor and after having a horrible experience with another local property mangement company. Koah was the person I spoke with and she was so empathtic, understanding and totally proffesional. Koah was a breath of fresh air after having dealt with a very hostile and unprofessional property managment company in Gardnerville. Koah listened to my concerns which were many and then walked me through their contracting process. She has followed through with me, followed up with me and has given me hope that I will finally have a great partner to manage our rental property. The value of having a experienced, friendly and proffesional partner is priceless ( but their rate is very competative too). I would highly recommend this company and especially Koah.

I just moved into a new place and Nevada Property has been more than helpful with anything I need. Any questions or concerns I’ve had have been addressed and solved quickly. Everyone in the office I’ve spoken to is very friendly, Koah especially has been very helpful to me!

I had my office assistant desperately looking for a place to live thru several companies. I recommended NNPM and Koah went out of her way to find a place to fit her and her dogs. She offered a couple places that were dog friendly and confirmed with the owners that it would work. Great people who work hard to please customers.

Koah and the team at Northern Nevada Property Management by RE / MAX did an excellent job of managing our home in Gardnerville. We bought it as our future home and rented it out for the last 2 years; they are very professional, easy to work with, and did a great job! The home was returned in perfect condition, I highly recommend Koah!
