I traveled 2 hrs to see the doctor after waiting 3 months for an appointment. I got there 12 minutes late because I got confused. They couldn't even let me see the doctor so I could show her my blood work, because they have a 5 minutes late policy. Never coming back.

Dr. Prather is one of the best doctors I have ever had. She always listens, she genuinely cares about my mental and physical health. I have never felt comfortable at a doctors office until I met her.

Paula scheduled our appointment for 9 for my sick daughter. While on the phone with Paula I woke my daughter up so she could arrive on time. We arrived at 845 and was told she made a mistake and didn't schedule the appointment. And then we were told to take a seat they'd get us in..At 920 I inquired why we were still waiting and was told "we thought you left" We were in the waiting room with everyone else. And knowing they made a mistake ... told us come back at 1. How my daughter didn't become a priority to them when Paula said "I made a mistake" is beyond me. First she makes mistake followed by more....nice!!

My first visit to this practice. I gave myself plenty of time to arrive for my appointment but was 4 minutes late as I missed the turn into the driveway and had to get back on highway to get back to Lucerne. When I checked in I was told, “you realize it is 4:44 pm.” I said yes and I was told PA could not see me. I said but I’m only 4 minutes late. Assistant responded “yes m’mam you are 4 minutes late and we can’t see you.” Not going to reschedule. Not sure how good their services are but I was taken a back by the tone and attitude.

If you write this place a negative review, they will not see you again. Avoid this place at all cost.

This place is a joke... Went there to see why about my knee and fingers don't like to work, and are swollen in the mornings....Mandy Coulsey walked in the door and said...and i quote "you're perfectly healthy" i got up and left... was there less then 30 sec. She charge me and my insurance $143.. ask for the copy of the bill... said i was there 15 - 30 mins.. Save yourself a little trouble and skip this one....

This practice sucks, I was a patient of Dr. fuller when she retired I decided to give Dr. Preyther a try she is nice but not really experiences in functional medicine and said she would prescribe a certain medicine then decided after the fact not to and didn't bother to communicate that with me.

The staff at the front desk and who answer phones are extremely rude and incompetent. I've never had so many issues with basic requests like a prescription refill. If you have health issues that need actual attention I would be careful going here. They do not care about you.

If you have mental health issues please do not go here. They will NOT look passed any of that to treat your PHYSICAL symptoms. Dr literally said I cant treat you because you refuse to take psych meds.

Coming from Orange County, CA my husband and I are very fastidious and discerning individuals when it comes to top tier care. Dr Tilda Martin, Nurse Martha and Dr Carrie Emory are just about the best of the best . If you want great doctors and staff, come here. I have 4 kids and myself seen by these ladies and I have not one complaint. We vaccinate our children on a modified schedule, not one doctor elsewhere would see us but Tilda did and she did try to stress the recommended schedule but ultimately took our concerns seriously and we accomplished full vaccination in all four of my kids at a modified delayed rate. They are thorough, professional and we hardly have a wait time any longer than 15 minutes. The office is clean and friendly, the front desk is always in a great mood and they will work with you if you've lost your insurance and cant really afford your visit. Edit due to the more recent negative reviews- We have now been coming here for the almost 4 years we've lived here and I still cannot think of one complaint about this place. I still have Tilda Martin as my primary and Nurse Marsha and they are the dream team. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I wouldn't take my children any other place than here.

I never leave google reviews, and I was debating for a long time if I should even write this one, however I find it important to write about my experience. I had Tilda Martin as my provider and at first she was very kind and understanding. This was over a year ago when I first moved to Nevada and established primary care. However, in September I was in a car accident involving 4 cars ( I was in the middle ) and I diagnosed with post concussion syndrome by a doctor in the ER. Well, I needed notes excusing me from school because I took 4 online courses and I would get headaches looking at the computer screen. My professors were understanding but Tilda Martin wasn’t. The visit for my first doctor’s note from school my father went with me. Tilda Martin wrote me a note excusing me for either a week or two from school. Anyone who has had a concussion knows that symptoms last much longer than a week or two, or even a month or two. The ER doctor told me that my symptoms would at least last for 3 months. Keep in mind, the visits to Tilda that I’m referring to are a occurring a week after my accident. Ok so then when that school note expired and I needed a second school note ( This visit occurred three weeks after car my accident happened ) I went by myself. My dad wasn’t able to come with me, so my grandmother drove me and waited in the car while I went to my appointment alone. When I was alone, Tilda made it a point to say that she didn’t think I actually had a concussion, she told me that she thought I was making it up because the ER documents weren’t showing up in her system, and then she told me that the only reason she wrote me the first note was because my father attended the appointment. She also said and I quote “you didn’t even hit your head” and after this she then gave me the benefit of the doubt and said “sometimes it does take ER doctors a month to finish logging their notes, so that may be why it’s not showing up in my system.” However, it was very obvious that she hadn’t reviewed my file or anything before she spoke to me because in the visit that my father attended we both explained to her what happened during the accident and how I had hit my head twice, once from the first impact, and once from the second impact. It was very upsetting that my doctor didn’t believe me and told me that she thought I was lying about the situation. I really enjoyed having her as my doctor for a long time, but due to that experience I ended up switching care facilities completely! Hopefully she’s more professional, kind, and understanding with other patients in the future.
