“Trying to get labs done which are ordered by out of state doctors has been complicated despite using a national lab like LabCorp. I can't blame the staff for the terrible communications between doctors' offices and the draw sites. But as a physician myself, I was impressed with how hard the staff-- Leeanne and Laura-- worked to straighten out my situation and get me drawn without giving up. These ladies were pleasant to all who preceded me, and took a ridiculous amount of energy to get me through. I applaud them for their determination, because it took at least 20 minutes for the acceptance of the orders that I hand brought it, but naturally all the info that they needed to complete the labs wasn't on the forms issued to me.Extra compliments to Laura-- an exceptional phlebotomist who was upbeat, and kind and fast with her task and of course, painless. I am grateful to these ladies for going the extra mile.”
