I love this Labcorp, I never have any issues, I’ve gotten blood done here multiple times this year and each time has been a short wait. I do go in the morning so I’m not sure if that makes a difference compared to the afternoons but I absolutely recommend going here, it is always so quick and easy and all the ladies here are extremely nice as well!

The ladies at LabCorp are super nice and helpful. I was having a hard day and they were so nice to me. They made my day better and very gentle drawing blood. ?

Super friendly and extremely efficient staff and I purposefully come here from Carson City just because of it. I've had the same gal each time and she's always been able to find a good vein, draw blood and get me in and out of there in what feels like a minute. I should note that if you come in as a walk in, it's hit and miss as to how long you'll be waiting though. I've come in at about 8 AM on a Friday morning and expected to wait a long time but was literally one of only two people in the lobby and was in and out within minutes. But, I have seen it where you can be waiting up to half an hour as well, again, if you don't have an appointment and this is because they have a priority and will get let in before you. That said, the location is convenient to get to and with plenty of parking and check in is quick and easy using the same self serve kiosk that you find at every Lab Corp.

If I could rate them zero, I definitely would. My daughter requires annual labs for her T1D. We arrived just before closing, and unfortunately encountered an extremely rude employee. Despite my daughter's high anxiety with blood draws, the experience was made worse by the monstrous attitude of this woman with short hair and glasses. She snidely remarked that they probably wouldn't be able to do the labs that day, then proceeded to rudely demand our information. Despite the efforts of a kind dark-haired girl, the monster's behavior persisted, with condescending remarks and a complete lack of professionalism. When I questioned her attitude, she unabashedly admitted to always being like that. I made it clear that I was there for the kind employee, not her, which seemed to only provoke more rudeness. As we left, I muttered an expletive under my breath, which she heard and responded by banning me from the establishment. It's a shame I won't be able to experience the excellent customer service the kind employee provides, and I pity anyone who has to work alongside such a disrespectful individual. What kind of person acts in such a way when a mother enters a place of business with an already visibly upset child?

So grateful for this Labcorp. I came all the way from South Lake Tahoe and did a walk in at 7am. I think I was in at 7:20! I have horrible veins after going through some serious health issues and being on IV therapy for many years and have had traumatic experiences getting by my blood taken. Thankfully I got Laura here at Labcorp! She listened to me (as everyone wants to go for my big veins), found one of my good ones and got me first time! That never happens! I was so grateful. The easiest lab work I have had done in 5 years! I will definitely be coming here in the future even if it’s 40 minutes away!

Do not go here. Clearly the employees do not enjoy their job and have no customer service training. Soften your tone and allow me to finish my question. I had two distinct lab orders and only one was found hmm. I was chastened for not having a paper order. The lady manning the desk should not be in the medical field. Most people who come here are going through difficult medical journeys.

Trying to get labs done which are ordered by out of state doctors has been complicated despite using a national lab like LabCorp. I can't blame the staff for the terrible communications between doctors' offices and the draw sites. But as a physician myself, I was impressed with how hard the staff-- Leeanne and Laura-- worked to straighten out my situation and get me drawn without giving up. These ladies were pleasant to all who preceded me, and took a ridiculous amount of energy to get me through. I applaud them for their determination, because it took at least 20 minutes for the acceptance of the orders that I hand brought it, but naturally all the info that they needed to complete the labs wasn't on the forms issued to me.Extra compliments to Laura-- an exceptional phlebotomist who was upbeat, and kind and fast with her task and of course, painless. I am grateful to these ladies for going the extra mile.

Checkin was easy. Waiting time so about 10 minutes. Best of all the tech was amazing and quick. Usually my veins are hard to find and never goes well but she got it first stick. Very impressed.

I came all the way from Dayton to do my blood work here because they are always positive and friendly. I never have to get poked more times than I need to and even for the worst blood tests they make it a positive experience. Laurel is always super kind too! 10/10 recommend coming here!

The two phlebotomists here are great. They are both professional and personable. I feel so fortunate to have Labcorp and these two ladies in Minden.

474 U92 Silver suv from your group that cut me off in a no pass, just before a curve. Nevada 95s, 13:25. The driver turned on 160 towards Parhump. Give em a corporate car with no lettering on it, and prepare a replacement since he/she will probably cause a head on collision soon

This rating is due to the hours of operation and the sporadic times and days this business is open. Can't depend on it being open even if you had an appointment. I would like to say though, the staff is great, when they are there. Go to Carson Valley Medical Center. Walk ins welcome and wait time short. Matter of fact, CVMC employees related to me that they have received a lot of business from Lab Corp due to its business operations.

The time is a lie. They close at 2:30pm not 11:30pm. Drove 2 hours for nothing.
