Douglas was very friendly and helpful. I made my appointment online. He was quick and knowledgeable with my tax needs. Noteing they do not have a phone line so just book appts online. I would recommend him at Minden hr block. Thank you again so so much Douglas!

Unable to get ahold of a person to ask a basic question (how much do you charge) or set an appointment or leave a message. Tried 3+ times. Their phone assistant just goes in loops. Going with someone else I can call and will answer with a real person!

Just trying to get a little help from a tax professional....instead was scolded for making an appointment if I wasn't going to have them do my taxes....then told they don't support TurboTax (wasn't what I asked them to do.)

I’ve been going here for years and have had decent experiences. This last tax season was a nightmare due to the manager and my tax preparer. So unprofessional and they don’t care about customer service. My taxes were incorrect and I’m still paying for it. I would highly recommend going somewhere that cares about clients.
