GNCU your Executives are awful! Why do you not have a manager? According to your Minden teller the manager retired in October? You didn't know that was coming? Tellers have to do extra steps w/o a manager and that compounds the chances for mistakes.I had to walk out because the amount of errors and extra steps. Executives get in your car, drive to Minden and manage your Branch!

Friendly people inside. No problems banking with them. Their website and app are pretty limited compared to non-credit-union banks, but it does what I need it to do. My complaint is that going in the lobby I am hit with a massive wall of artificially scented air. This stuff is toxic and damaging to the lungs. I feel for the people who have to work there all day. I use the ATM whenever possible just for this reason.

I have been a member since 1987. When Greater Nevada Credit Union was a small credit union. In the past years, it has grown to a large establishment. It has grown into a credit union that doesn't have the small town services. Long wait times. You usually end up in their overflow center. I ended up closing all my accounts since I have moved out of state. After having to make 3 attempts and 65 minutes to make contact with a person. who transferred me to their fraud center. Then I was referred back to the main number. It's too bad. It was a great banking institution.

The online service is so incompetent, the people who run the service especially late night are so unprofessional and inexperienced. Every time I put my information to figure out why I can't login to pay a bill makes me so upset I want to scream. I have every bit of info and I plug it in and it states contact this number everything you've entered is wrong. Please review your service digitally and physically. Pathetic.

This bank sucks. Can’t receive Zelle’s. Can withdrawal your funds. They play dumb when you call. I hate this bank.

This Credit Union is the WORST CU I have ever dealt with. I have a personal and Business account with them and have nothing but PROBLEMS with my online business account. I can say they are good with a loan but definitely not banking. I will be taking my business and personal account elsewhere asap. For the last 4 months Ive had to call and transfer money because I can't transfer online since their system is all messed up. I am VERY UNHAPPY with GNCU. I wouldn't recommend anyone with a business to go there.

Applied for a personal loan, finally heard back a week later requesting a lot of tax and payment documents, when I was able to submit them, received an out of response saying she would be "in a couple weeks." Finally heard back 30 days later, had to resubmit documents again, learned that my original application expired because they took so long. Was told they would need to run my credit again (thanks for the second ding on my credit!). One day later, they said I was denied. WOW what great service. Will not be going back and closing my accounts.

The branch manager, Valerie, is awesome. Anytime I’ve ever brought her a problem, she finds the solution. Always friendly. Always professional, and always provides service above and beyond.

The Credit Union has a new computer program and we were having problems with an account. We contacted the manager at the Minden branch and she took care of the problem with one phone call. Good Job and thank you.

They are about as helpful as a 4 sided box. Every time I call, they tell me they are unable to help. Their mobile application is a joke. Mess up on it and your money disappears. Steer clear.

The people in this branch behave as if they're giving you their own money. It's terrible customer service and I've always felt like I'm burdening them by doing any transaction.

GNCU used to be the best bank around many years ago. Lately, it is nothing but problems. They used to pay great interest on our checking account, but now they pay nothing. Our cards are always locked for stupid stuff like a 100$ Home Depot purchase, but then I had 1700$ in Lyft charges and that didn’t alarm them. They have changed our online username without telling us. You can’t lock your card online. You can’t set up Apple Pay without calling them. I always try to support smaller businesses, but we will be closing our acct and going to a bigger bank with easier online services.

OMG the lack of training for anything other that cashing checks is apparent when trying to open an account. After standing for 2 hours trying to get something done they (took 2 people) finally got the account almost open, really???? Go someplace else that knows what they are doing.

I’ve been with greater Nevada since 2018 and I have had nothing but problems with my bank the last two years. My card keeps locking and no one has an answer. Online banking with them is the worst, they seem to delete usernames and passwords after they have been set by the customers.
