This store is priced very high! So disappointing. This will turn away people who need to really save money on goods, and in turn hurt the organization they are supposed to be helping. Go to the Carson City Moundhouse location for better pricing.

After dozens of visits I believe the employees here are miserable. No smiles unless they're bringing a customer something from the back, didn't know they had a "on-hold "system. Anyway they also hold the record for fewest words spoken. Except the one with the "very loud voice!" But thats only interacting with other employees. I appreciate interacting with people as im a senior but the prices on top of customer service really makes this the last store on the block for me, even though its local.

Stopped here to thrift. Got a brand new puzzle still in the plastic for $3. No public bathrooms.

I stopped by to donate some very good condition items. The lady asked what I had. We are moving so it's a mix of everything. She point to a list of what they didn't take. I wasn't going to go through everything again just to donate some of it. It's fine they don't take certain items but I didn't need her to be rude about it.

Bought furniture and came to pick up. Ladies were rude and didn't know what I was talking about. Even though I had my receipt and name of the order. Will not go here again.Very rude and she was a main cashier her name is Lara.

I love thrift shopping I go to all the little thrift stores in Gardnerville! They have great quality of clothing and some awesome prices the staff is young but they're very helpful, have a great selection of jewelry I found some awesome stuff there! I'm a fish lover lol!

This is an amazing little store that is definitely a must-see if you happen to be in the Carson Valley! The staff is friendly and they have a little bit of everything at decent prices and you're supporting the local food bank which makes me feel better about my spending because I vote with my dollar!

I called for requesting a pick up for free furniture in great condition. I was told to email pictures and that they will get back to me! No one ever got back to me. I called and left messages, but still no one called back! Terrible service! At least return a phone call!!!
