If you could get less then a one star for customer service. It would be this branch it is a living headach. Going here.,.. one they don’t accept cash enless your a customer or your landlord converts there accounts to upgraded businesses accounts. So it forces me to go get money orders and certified funds. For all my transactions with them enless I drop my bank and go to there’s. Not a problem enless you’re a Wells Fargo customer. They don’t accept cash. As legal tender. ??? What the hell a bank doesn’t tank money. Which forces their customers in late fees and there receipts the same. As well every time I have gone drop off certified funds from another bank across the street. The tellers pick it apart. And find a problem to where I have to leave and go redo it. Which turn in to time lots of time waisted. For me and my landlord. I’m pissed. Final straw after today of being rejected 2 time 3 times a charm. I get there 5 00 closing time light are already off before it’s 500 on the drive up I go to the front to see the lady running to the front door 5:00 locking the door. So waiting my time for two hours jumping through your rings of fire. This is nice great freaking service. This branch might as well not exist.

Staff is always nice. Your standard Wells Fargo. Drive through banking (with employees) and self drive through available. Convenient and clean.

I went in to get a loan at this place. But I ask to use their restroom first before I started to discuss business. The guy told me we have no public restrooms. I just walked out. If they can't take no better care for their customers than that I'm not interested.

There is a customer service issue at this branch. Every time I'm there, there are multiple people behind the counter but only one is working the counter. Absolutely no one acknowledges that you are there and that you are waiting. No one says we will be right with you. They continue walking around and not acknowledging their customers. Yesterday I waited and waited. I was first in a long line but got tired of the employee just looking at me but not helping me so I walked out and went to my branch in Vegas later in the day. The last time I was there the guy behind the two inch glass and his own mask, shamed an elderly man for not having a mask. It was ridiculous. I avoid this branch if possible.

Okay, so let me address a few issues; I know a lot have complained about the speed of service and I know there are a few (ONLY A FEW) new employees there that are a bit slow (on a few different scales).But the management and senior staff are EXTREMELY well trained and accommodating.A lot more than most other wells Fargo branches. If some something is at an issue, if you need help to sort out something complicated, the serior staff will, almost always, pull though and make accommodations for you.Unlike most other Wells Fargo branches, so please don't put down the senior staff or service overall.There are a few new entry level employees who have issues and may seem incompetent but that is with ALL businesses in Nevada (a problem outside the scope of this review).So please don't think this is a slow branch, it does get crowded at times and maybe some of the staff aren't the brightest but this is a very personable branch that's far more capable and willing to help you than those in Vegas or elsewhere.

Slow as it gets. Dont know how to deposit a check. Waited in line for 15min and they couldnt figure out how to deposit a normal check. Walked out and will deposit at my normal branch where they know how to do work

This is a review on Wells Fargo as a whole and not the people who work in this establishment. The people work for Wells Fargo are just doing their job, but as for the bank itself, they had way too many charges and hidden fees, I was losing too much money banking with them so it was only right I left. I left a few years ago and it was the best decision I've ever made. Although they do stay on top of your account and are very good on notifying you when your information is stolen and money is retrieved by a thief. Never had any other issue other than the fact their hidden fees are ridiculous. As for the people who work inside this building in Mesquite, they were very nice and respectful and helpful.

Although keeping money in your mattress is probably not a good idea, it is preferable to this establishment. Service fees will eat away at whatever you save, but the staff are pleasant enough.
