Awful customer service. Rude - doesn't listen to what you are actually asking for or about. Unfortunately it's the only pharmacy in town to get my specific prescription. 0/10 stars.

This pharmacy has friendly people, usually not too bad of a line (if any), and very convenient. Drop off, go shopping, and pick up.

They were super patient with all the hassle of transferring my prescription to them. Cora was extremely positive and helpful. Way better that Walgreen's! Thank you for the great amount of help.

Walmart is the worst pharmacy In Mesquite. If everyone complained to corporate about the shitty service and rude employees they just might make changes. And hire people that will do their jobs for that paycheck.

My wife’s Doctor sent a new prescription to this pharmacy. 4 days later she went to pick it up. She was told the price was over $80. Yet her insurance states the price should be between $0-$20.She refused the prescription. Contacting her insurance, she was informed that her medication needed to have a pre-authorization, of which Walmart should have contacted the Doctor, then he could contact her insurance directly.Contacting Walmart again, informing them of what they need to do. My wife was told that’s not their job to do this,It was our problem.Contacting our Dr., they stated it was Walmart’s responsibility to inform his office of this, then he would contact the insurance company. Our Doctor said they would take care of it.Since COVID it seems that no one wants to do their job. They pass the buck to the customer to take care of what they should be doing. Oh, but they want the paycheck.Walmart’s pharmacy customer service is in the garbage. It needs improvement.

Assistant pharmacy technician Alicia has been rude to me twice now. The gentleman in front of me as well. They must not monitor or attempt to correct all of these negative reviews. I will not be back.

I’ve had it with the ladies running the cash registers at the Walmart Pharmacy here in Mesquite, Nevada. They are always rude, impatient, inconsiderate, unhappy and sarcastic. It’s always an unpleasant experience with these people. Management never does anything to remedy the situation. Poor customer service and hospitality. Someone please intervene.

Friday July 1, 2022 - Rude! I came into Walmart and went to the pharmacy widow to request my prescription. There was no one in line so I went to the service window. They lady who was on the phone told me abruptly to get back in line. I looked back and no one was in line as was the case when aI came in. I tired to tell her there was no one in line and she ignored me. Another lady came to the window and she was equally rude and abrupt. Seems theses days that employees can get away with being rude to customers and they seem to feel quite comfortable with this. Apparently there is no consequence for such behavior. Perhaps Walmart has a hard time finding employees to work in their pharmacy so they let them act anyway they want. Seems all the bad things I hear about Walmart employees are again true.

I've been using Walmart Rx for a considerable time - mostly at other Walmart's than the one in Mesquite. I waited to refill 2 Rx's that I had refilled at other Walmart's before - never a problem. First I waited over 15 minutes at the window for the tech to wait on me - waited while she took 2 phone calls and yuk'd it up with the Pharmacist. When she finally waited on me - she said that she couldn't transfer them and that I need to call my doctor for a prescription. Never had to do this with any other Walmarts before. When I questioned her as to why she wouldn't call the doctor for me (I say wouldn't instead of couldn't because other Walmart pharmacies had done just that), the Pharmacist came over and immediately chose to chew me out for questioning the tech - he said I had an attitude problem and if I didn't change my attitude to not come back. I've never been treated so rudely at a Walmart pharmacy before and have never had such lack of customer service. In fact, my Mom has changed her Rx's to Walgreens because they have such rude and poor service. This pharmacist acts like he is god and that he is doing me a favor....and it trickles down to the techs. If I could change pharmacies, I would but am on the Humana Walmart Rx plan - I will lobby Humana to change from Walmart and if not, will change my plan next year during open enrollment.
