Called and made a 7 a.m. appointment for Saturday to purchase a set of four tires to have installed. Showed up a few minutes early and was greeted at 7 a.m. My car sat inside the bay for 2 hours and 13 minutes before I was able to pay and leave. It took that long to install four tires...The gentleman behind me was able to buy a single tire and have it installed in just about 90 minutes. Which is about an hour too long.The same Walmart previously refused to change the oil on my 20 yr old second vehicle because "it has an oil leak". It has leaked and/or used less than half a quart of oil in 4200 miles, since I took it to another shop that happily did the job. They had done my oil changes on that vehicle for years but apparently it was now too much of an issue for them. This is no way yo run a business.

I posted a review and now it's gone? We were treated so poorly and they had horrible service had us sitting and left our vehicle unlocked and unattended. I came back to see why the vehicle after an hour and they had no cars in shop was still sitting there and they asked if we had been helped........so all we needed was the tires we brought mounted and balanced. The guy said he'd do it. Then after waiting longer for them to take the vehicle back and then he says he can't put our tires on and wanted us to buy their tires instead and wouldn't even atleast balance them. Very rude. Not to mention we are from North slc Utah, and wasted hours of our time at a Walmart that wasn't necessary.

I got the oil changed in my car, and the employees were very helpful and courteous. The work was done quickly, too!

Had a low tire this morning and went to Walmart Tire Center in Mesquite, NV. What a joke!!Was there 10 minutes before they opened, 2 vehicles in front of me.Over 2 1/2 hours later, they still hadn’t even looked at it! ?Left and went over to Eagles Landing and had it fixed in about 15 minutes.

10 minutes before they closed at 6pm. I needed a tire replacement because I was on a spare, (my old tire blew on the highway from Las Vegas) to get back to Denver, Colorado. The 2 young men (Adrian) stayed to do the work. Amazing customer service. Thank you!Service: Tires

2nd appointment attempt at spare tire swap. Courteous interactions. Weird....Didn't receive text communications asking for phone call to resolve questions about tire swap until after service was entered into computer following completion of garage service. I returned to garage an hour after drop off... again... only to find tire swap had barely begun. I answered their questions. Another hour later, service was completed. Not sure Walmart realizes that the phone number provided in text doesnt give option for Auto and no one picked up to transfer. Frustrating that garage work took over 2 hours instead of 30 minutes. I recommend staying nearby until service questions are answered and no new ones surface so work can be done in timely fashion. Be sure to clarify what service should be done or you might pay for extras.

Been coming here for years for tires and oil changes. The staff are friendly and professional. Definitely a good idea to make an appointment if you are in a hurry!

Had a flat, babied my truck to Walmart, waited in the automotive department which was a ghost town. Was told they can sell me a tire but can't put it on a rim because their air compressor is down. Mind you, they sell air compressors 2 aisles over.
