Doesn't answer phone during working hours. Must go in person. But, they're the only game in town if you have TriCare insurance

This Mesquite NV pharmacy is a joke, they are lacking in customer service and efficiency! I have lived in several communities and never dealt with a more unorganized business. Go to Walmart, go to Smith's!

These clowns need to go on strike Walgreens is already on life support.I guess the can get jobs in underwater basket weaving or picking fly shit out of black pepper.I switched my prescriptions over to Amazon way cheaper prices and delivered to my front door save all the way around. Just another closed business in Mesquite no biggie.

Walgreens pharmacy is over priced I was getting my prescriptions filled here until I couldn't get one filled.I asked my Doctor to send all my prescriptions to Amazon for 90 day supply $261.30 Walgreens was charging $1252.84 I saved with Amazon $3,996.16 per year and yes they can do refrigerated drugs. Plus they deliver to your front door so that's a fuel savings also.

Liked it not much. The pharmacy was overwhelmed too many Things going on not much order a lot of the customers were complaining we did finish our business however and we left smiling. A promise of only 20 minutes became almost an hour.

Went to get our COVID shot, made appointment and had all paperwork with us to take in. Arrived at pharmacy, processed in, clerk wasn't really receptive. Sat down to wait for the "pharmacist" to come out and give the shot. Others lined up after us and waited. Our "appointment " was at 11:30. After waiting 40minute, we gave up. Walgreens staff didn't even tell us why the delay. Very poor customer service. They don't care that we have other things to do, hence getting an appointment. Will not shop there again!!!

HORRIBLE customer service from the pharmacy. Every person I spoke with over the phone (3 different people) acted as if I was bothering them and the couldn't get off the phone fast enough. The transfer of my prescriptions to Smiths was ridiculously time consuming when it's a simple process.

3 strikes and you're out! Walgreens in Mesquite NV is not serving its community. Strike 1. Got snot from a pharmacy cashier when trying to pick up a prescription, pharmacy assistant covered for the cashier with "we had to call your Dr" which was BS because I still had 6 months left on prescription. Strike 2 - attempted to get flu shot - "pharmacist is out sick today". They could have put a sign on the front door, and/or all over the store instead of making everyone wait in line to be told by the cashier. Go in the next day for flu shot only to be told "you have to make an appointment" again, no notification displayed anywhere in the store and they could have mentioned "by appointment only" the day before. Grrrr Strike 3 - called in prescription yesterday. Go in today to get prescription. The pharmacy is closed because "the pharmacist had an emergency". I defied my insurance company to keep my business local, turns out my local business doesn't really care to have my business. They're not the only horse in town, I have options so... I'm out!

At a time when you should have more staff on duty cleaning, making sure people are social distancing, and checking people out you have long lines and long waits both on the inside pharmacy and at the check stand up front people are congregating. A few more staff members would help get your customers in and out more quickly and far more safely.

Exactly why not to use Walgreens. Previously filled my meds at mesqute pharmacy. They went out of business. I paid $74 per month Walgreens wants $125. For the same exact thing. You should be the ones closing not the friendly neighborhood pharmacy. I will do everything possible to spread the word about how you gouge the sick and elderly citizens of this beautiful city.

I had my prescriptions unknowingly transferred to Walgreens and knowing that they generally are the most expensive as far as perscriptons go, I looked around elsewhere. I called and asked walgreens for pricing; wasn't given pricing but was informed they take good rx coupons so I let her fill them. looked up the pricing and one of them was discounted to $49.98. smiths price - $3
