If I could give them zero stars I would. Whatever you do, never never never spend one dime here. I was in from out of town, from Oregon, visiting my sister and brother-in-law, in Mesquite. My sister and I stopped at this location so I could buy two packs of cigarettes. I have mobile coupons on my phone and the app told me that this location and address accepted my mobile coupons. Well of course you know you have to take in your phone and your credit card and your driver's license. Which I did. So the incredibly rude disgusting man behind the counter, whose fingernails were so caked with dirt and grease it was sickening, was asked by me after I gave him my driver's license, I said do you accept mobile coupon and he said angrily NO! And I said do you know why not?, and he would not answer, and I said sir can you tell me if you're the owner? He refused to answer me until I answered the no cash option on the pin pad. Before this I said would you mind trying it and scanning my digital coupon with your scanner? He's screamed at me, no I told you!! He wouldn't even try, he would not give me a reason, and he said he was not the owner, and would not tell me the owners name ,so I was so completely baffled by his incredible rudeness, I grabbed my cigarettes and my credit card, but accidentally left my driver's license on his counter. As I walked out I said I cannot believe how incredibly rude you are. My sister and I were on our way to dinner, about halfway out of the stupid dirty rotten convenience store, I'm searching and searching for my license and realize I don't have it but I do have my credit card. My sister pulls over and I dump out my purse and we get our flashlights out and look through the entire car for my license. I would not be able to fly home without it. So I told my sister I know for a fact I was so shaken by his rudeness that I must have accidentally left it on his counter. And he was so incredibly disgustingly rude that even if I went back, which we did, that he was so rude and mean he most likely would lie and tell me if he didn't have it or just not give it back to me because he was that ridiculous and unhappy and sickening. So I'm freaking out because I realized I can't go home to Oregon. So I asked my sister to please go in and ask him if I left my driver's license there as I frantically scoured the parking lot the sidewalks and both garbages to see if someone had picked it up and just throw it in the garbage. I was near hysterical. Luckily because my sister was calm she asked, and he handed over my license to her. The moral of the story is nobody, in this day and age, needs to be treated this way. If he had acted like a gentleman, I would never have been so befuddled and left my license on his counter. And if he had half a brain he would have said hey miss you left your license here. He was not busy, he was just stupid lazy rude and dirty. No wonder they call it terrible Herbst. Terrible terrible Tasmanian Devil terrible just sickening. Don't ever ever spend a dime here ever. Do yourself a favor and I'm going to try to find out who the owner is so I can report him

Located right off of I15, this store is easily accessible and convenient. I might’ve hit it at a bad time, but the bathrooms were not clean.

The store part is good. Bathrooms not do much, most of the locks to the stall doors in the women's room don't work and they were not clean.

The cashier was on his phone ignoring customers and when he would answer he answered with an attitude and wouldnt look at anyone in the face as he was too busy on his phone. Terrible service

Store had a mask mandate, they absolutely refused to let anyone without a mask any service. This old lady who was working without a mask refusing service to mask less people I crapped in their toilet and put gas in somewhere else

I went into this gas station at approximately 5:30 pm on 05/27! I walked in and noticed the worker was not in a good mood. He was quite rude to the Spanish couple before me. When it was my turn, I said "hi, I'm here to get a Juul. I said, I don't smoke but I'm picking it up for another person, what kind do you have?! He said, "I don't have time to help you". (There was a party of 3 girls together behind me). He had already started to call them forward and ignore me. So I said, what is the strongest? He said 5. I said "0k, I'll take a 5". He looked at me and said, "I'm not going to sell them to you". I said "why not?" Then he said " you're trespassing ". I was in shock. I said, "ok, but what did I do? ". He said, "you're trespassing ". So I said, ok, I'm leaving, but can you at least tell me your name, I'm not aware of what I did. ". I don't know what was making the gut so mad. I was completely puzzled. A guy walked out after me and said "that guy is bonkers, you should complain". I said, "well, I have no idea what set him, but all I can do is take my business next door". He had already turned away 2 people It was the strangest reaction I've seen. So....Everyone be aware of an older non-descript male with glasses with no name tag that will suddenly go nutz and refuse to help you. I was told he had already turned away 3 people. I saw one ahead of me. A very unhappy guy. Watch out!!! Lol. If you are the owner of this place, I have no problem talking to you. I've never had this kind of thing happen. Very strange. Good luck with your business. 801-548-7797 (you may want to re-consider this hot head). By the way, I live in Mesquite and this is the closest place to my address. Sorry to report a negative experience.

Great stop with easy access off the freeway. Fuel prices are comparable to the area, store is organized well and stocked. Bathrooms are clean.

What a bunch or rude people. I don't understand why US tobacco would send you there to use their coupon when they just yell at you when you hand it to them. Lots of other gas stations around. Would recommend anywhere else.
