I needed to store my son’s Ram Van for a week so his family could fly to Seattle for Xmas. I contacted Store More since I have an account with them. They had me a spot, I could bring it down and they would do the paper work when we dropped it off. When we arrived they got it done and even slashed the charge from one month to 2 weeks? Thank you Store More?

Michael was very pleasant and showed me the different size storages that were available and showed me where I could get through with my fifth wheel and even went and got us a cart! Explained the breakdown on the rate and so forth as well!

We have a 38 foot class A RV, and had been looking for a place to store it. When we first looked into storage at Store More, they did not have any sites available. They kept us in mind as storage sites became available and let us know the size. We finally rented a space starting in Aug. The process was easy and so far we have had no bad experiences.

Lets talk about staff vs. product - BARB should be an owner of Store More Self Storage!!! She is one of the most efficient individuals I have ever come across, she knows her job like no one's business, friendly, on top of her game, super knowledgeable and wiliness to make things as easy as possible for a smooth move=in to their facility. Not to discount Yesinda who too was super friendly and helpful. The facilities is climate controlled, clean, priced affordably, ease of use and great security. Definitely will be referring others. Thank you Ms. Barb whose worth her weight in gold.

What an amazing customer service! If you are looking for a new, clean, safe storage in Mesquite, look no further. What makes Store More! very special is the manager Barb. She is courteous, professional, patient, and genuinely nice. She made the whole renting and moving-in process very easy.She is the epitome of customer service professionalism.I was shopping around for storage places and I settled on Store More! because of her. She always answers the phone or returns phone calls which are refreshingly rare these days. She accommodated me as best as she can and explained things to me patiently.
