I specifically looked at vehicles here because of the reputation that this dealership and service department has in Nevada. I ended up ordering our F150 through the Mesquite dealership and have had nothing but great experiences with them. Two years later, I am still a satisfied customer.

Just got off the phone with John(parts department), and he was super helpful. All I needed was a plumbing gasket for my travel trailer. I live in Vegas, so driving up there just for a part isn't practical. After listening to my needs and concerns, he sent out the part at no charge. Exceptional service that goes a long way. Thank you.

I have a 2021 Ford F150 Hybrid bought here in Las Vegas the Transmission when stopped at stop light or stop sign the truck would jerk as if someone had rear ended me. I called where I bought it, Ford Country couldn't get it in for 3 months, called Friendly Ford couldn't even get a appt they had no idea, Gaudin was 30 days and Team Ford no one would answer there service phone. I called Mesquite Ford on a Tuesday they had my truck in for an appt that Friday, my truck stayed I was issued a loaner. Thank you for the Excellent Customer Service it was worth the time and distance to come out! Thank you Brian and Dave for EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Can't find the exact application for mesquite Ford and RV in mesquite Nevada, however I had the opportunity to drive-through their parking lot and see how they inflate the manufacturer's sticker price to their price. Folks do not be fooled by this, you do not have to pay anywhere near that .BAD?? on you mesquite Ford and Rv .

WARNING ⚠️We purchased a 2021 F-150 Limited. Great purchase experience with Ken Frost. We’ve had the truck for 14 months. Not too happy with the several recalls, one after another. However, we are well aware this is in no way a fault of the dealership.Last week (August 2022) we experienced a complete black out of the electrical computer system. The service department had the truck for 2 full days. I was told it had been resolved and the issue fixed. I got in the truck turned the key and absolutely nothing, the screen was exactly black, just like it was when I brought it in. I went backed into the service department and told them, this was on Friday 8- 5-2022. I was told I could leave it and they’d look at next week. I wasn’t pleased with that comment, I understand the service department is closed Friday and Saturday. What’s the point to leave it. I am frustrated because, at this point I can’t believe the issue was ever resolved. I am taking it back in tomorrow, Monday, August 8th. I plan on speaking to the service manager. In all fairness I will update this post next week and let you all know the outcome.

I had not minded paying higher prices because this dealer is close to my home. I spent considerable money in the service Department. I had a flat and called to see it the tires I purchased had free repair. Not sure if my regular service advisor was having a bad day but she was unclear on the phone I asked a question 3 times she would not answer, she just kept asking when I could come in. I hung up and took the tire down an hour later, I again asked if it was covered and with an attitude she said "I already explained that", she had not. I will never go back to Mesquite Ford.

Once again the Mesquite Ford service team takes care of me. I want to give a shout out to CJ and Markies from the service department. It seems that no matter what the problem is, they are always focused on making the situation right. Had a problem with a tire on my wife's car and they made sure it was taken care of quickly and fairly. Will continue to take all my cars to Mesquite Ford.

We were on vacation and our truck had an issued in Mesquite. They got us right in and back on the road in record time. It was more like a nascar pit stop and not a major engine repair. We had an oil leak after the repair but no problem got me right back in and addressed the problem. Service writer Dalane, Tech Christian and Service Mgr JC are all top notch. Thank you.Best Ford Service Department in the West!!
