Mesquite Veterinary clinic was unable to take care of our emergency cat issues. We had to go to St. George. Today is FRIDAY the 5th of January 24 a monthe later. I went to the clinic for help with our cat issues ?☠️ they were too busy. Like always . Too busy to euthanize our suffering cat. ? not too impressed with MESQUITE VETERINARY CLINIC.? Feb 18th no contact. ?♀️

Great service. Dr. Peggy is wonderful. She has seen all of my kitties and taken great care of them. I have been using this vet for 5+ years and have nothing but great things to say about them! All of the folks in the clinic are wonderful.

I can't believe all the reviews saying how bad this place it and then telling people to go to the other Veterinarian hospital in mesquite. I feel we don't have a good veterinarian in mesquite. Because the other would not see my dogs not once, but twice when they were very, very ill. My one dog had a stroke. And they would not look at him because they had to get home. They were too busy putting down 2 dogs and taking in a patient for surgery the next day. But they couldn't look at my poor little puppy. How can you even say anything bad about this one? She'll at least eventually see you and if it was really bad. I really believe she would have taken any dog in at least given you some sense of Hope or understanding about your baby the other veterinarian hospital is a joke. All they can think about is getting back to saint. George, we don't have a good veterinarian hospital in mesquite. Going to the emergency vet in St George is a joke also.

Unbelievably unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment for back in October or early November, and they called me to reschedule an entire month out. Sure, no problem it worked out on my end anyway. Then they call me the morning of my appointment saying that they need to reschedule me, and that 'new patients' get rescheduled first. So in total I've waited about 2 months for my dog to get seen only to be rescheduled for times I've already told them do not work for me. What adds to how annoying this was is how many times they'll blow up your phone because they can't communicate everything in one phone call. "Hey just wanted to confirm this." Then I'll get another call 5 minutes later "Oh and can you make sure to bring this?" They wanted vaccination records which I already informed them I'd bring. Ridiculous. Unprofessional. I had to tell the woman who called me at 8am that I'll just find a new vet seeing as they have an entire month before my appointment to learn a surgery they had already scheduled might interfere with my appointment. I cancelled a trip to take care of some family stuff in another state for this appointment as well. If you're a new pet owner, try finding a vet in vegas or st george. That's what I'll be doing.

Made an appointment at 9am for 4:40pm appointment that evening. I live 2 hours and 30 minutes away. I received a call from them wanting to know if I could come earlier than my scheduled appointment, told them that I was on my way, I was about 40 miles from my house, and stuck in road construction for at least 30 minute wait, and said that as soon as I get thru the construction I’ll drive as fast as I can to get there. When I drove a hour more they called me again and said that they couldn’t see my dog cause they were far behind schedule, I was approximately 38 miles from their office, and they wanted me to drive to St George, Utah 68 miles or Las Vegas 60 miles the opposite direction from where I was headed which would have put my driving with a dying dog, me all upset crying , in Las Vegas during evening rush hour clear across town (not to safe if you ask me). I felt like my dog wasn’t as important as them working late. I do not recommend them.
