This review is for the random person who breaks down around Mesquite. Take your vehicle ANYWHERE but here. My serpentine belt broke and the owner Paulino had the car for 6 days. Finally on day number 6 I got my car out of there and over to Bell Tuning. Bell Tuning got my car running back to normal after just a couple hours. Paulino knew my wife and kids were stranded and showed no urgency to get us moving. I wouldn't trust Paulino to put together a bicycle not to mention a car.

Friends car broke down in NV, failed serpentine belt. Instead of ordering the correct part. They pushed the service out for six days. It took one of the service techs to tell my friend the owner keeps pushing it back. So they had it taken to another place.

I was in an emergency, my car was leaking anti freezer they asked me to move to another parking because they had their cars getting fixed (the parking is huge and was almost empty), as we are from Mexico we needed a local number to get help from the roadside assistance, we asked the Mexican guy that worked there if he could lend us his phone and he would help us, he was very rude and non helpful, we took it to another mechanic and it was just a loose hose. The American guy was very helpful but didn’t got the diagnose right, the Mexican was just a complete j**** Also I see that they say every bad review is from the competition, this one is not, but you should definitely go with the other guys.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I called this location to ask some questions and schedule an appointment an hour before they were closing and the associate who answered just rushed me to get off the phone and told me to call tomorrow. I got zero help.

Called in, and whoever answered the phone picked it up with a mouth full of food and said something like \"yeah?\". If that is a professional as they can be answering the pone to a business, I have no interest in allowing them to touch my vehicle.

Called to have a wrecked car picked up which is obviously urgent and we are still 7 hours until the business is closed and the person over the could only say come tomorrow bring it tomorrow as if I’m going to drive my wrecked car.... maybe I wasn’t speaking English

All I can say is we broke down in Mesquite on our way back home to Spokane the two days before the 4th of July. I had blown the main rear seal in my dodge ram and it was a 8 hour job. we had multiple people with us and it was 107 degrees outside. The owner took my truck in the same day and promised to have it done the next day. To my surprise they did every thing they said they would do not to mention the fact the owner gave us all a ride to the motel.. I cant say enough the owner was great and the bearded mechanic was one of the nicest guys you will meet. If you are down near Vegas and need help i would totally recommend them and i cant thank them enough we made the 4th of July in Spokane so thank you fellas.
