Don't expect good service or any service for that matter if ur there late. Sit at the bar. Otherwise, good luck getting a drink. One cocktail waitress for the entire casino. What a joke!! Employee owned, yeah, right. Another joke. If it was, I'm sure there would be more employees willing to work the late shift.
And don't bother complaining, No One cares!!

Food was ok. Rooms were nice. Clean. Shower door needed slight adjustments but over all a good experience. Price was ok but not great for what you received. Beds were comfortable. Tv was a good size.

First off, I want to qualify my review. I have managed golf outings across the country for many years now. Based on that, I am doing this review from the perspective of a group golf outing. Our outing was arranged through Jennifer in group sales. She was outstanding to work with and did everything she could to make sure our outing was successful and fun. Our trip to the Eureka, August 9th thru 13th, was 100% amazing! Our rooms were great. The service was great, and the food was outstanding. We played the Oasis Canyons, Oasis Palmer, and Eagle Ridge during our stay. All three courses were in outstanding shape and the pros and their staffs were easy to work with. In addition as part of the group golf package, the Eureka provided transportation daily to and from the courses. The transportation was provided via Vans that were very clean and driven by two outstanding drivers Russ and Mike. I cannot say enough about how well we were treated by Russ and Mike. They were very friendly and most accommodating. They were always on time and once or twice were more than willing to wait for someone to finish a lunch before leaving to go back to the hotel. Based on this if you are planning a group golf outing to the Las Vegas area, please, please, please contact Jennifer in group sales. She will put an outing together that will be cost effective as well as the most enjoyable golf outing you have been on an years! In closing I want to say thank you again to everyone at the Eureka and in particular guest services, Jennifer and group sales, and Mike and Russ in the transportation department. I look forward to seeing all of you again at our next outing which could be as early as February 2025.

This is just a standard place. The people who check you in are rude. The maintenence guys are amazing and very eager to make your stay great. Elevator is like ? scary

The friendly staff was helpful and GREAT the living part of our room was wonderful the patio exquisite as far as the bathroom I was very disappointed. The shower area was not impressive and the paper products very poor quality. Our overall experience for my birthday was wonderful. I would recommend the Eureka to all my friends and family.
