Monze Lopez gave the best customer service. She would answer my questions and concerns so fast. Always kept in touch to see how things were going. Sent reminders of things I needed to get done. But most of all made it such an easy process by accommodating my work schedule and meeting me at times nobody else would. Best experience I ever had!

Dianna is very good at keeping me updated on issues with my property and response times are very good. For example, when our heat pump was going out Dianna had a tech out to the home very quickly and I had five estimates for replacement within a day or two.

I absolutely love ERA. Payments made only that don't cost a fortune, making it fast and convenient. If ever I need anything repaired they have someone lined up within 24hrs and out that week. I've never been happier with a rental company. They are definitely the top of the line in my book!! mb
