“Okay, so let me address a few issues; I know a lot have complained about the speed of service and I know there are a few (ONLY A FEW) new employees there that are a bit slow (on a few different scales).But the management and senior staff are EXTREMELY well trained and accommodating.A lot more than most other wells Fargo branches. If some something is at an issue, if you need help to sort out something complicated, the serior staff will, almost always, pull though and make accommodations for you.Unlike most other Wells Fargo branches, so please don't put down the senior staff or service overall.There are a few new entry level employees who have issues and may seem incompetent but that is with ALL businesses in Nevada (a problem outside the scope of this review).So please don't think this is a slow branch, it does get crowded at times and maybe some of the staff aren't the brightest but this is a very personable branch that's far more capable and willing to help you than those in Vegas or elsewhere.”

A few days ago Charidy opened a checking and savings account for me, set me up with checks and a debit card, all the while being very professional and very nice.
