My family and I were on our way to Las Vegas when my car engine light came on. Car started intermittently vibrating, AC stopped working. It was extremely hot that day too, 105 degrees. It was also Sunday and I have nowhere to bring my car to get it fixed (I’ve called everywhere). I was in panic mode but thank Goodness, I found a life saver in Mesquite NV, her name is RUBENNA and she works at AUTOZONE! All I had to do is buy the parts and she happily fixed my car. I am beyond grateful for her. She didn’t even asked for anything back! What a good human. Wish there’s more people like her, trust worthy and kind. From my family and I, thank you, RUBENNA! You are a blessing! ❤️

I went in to the Mesquite, NV Auto Zone to return some merchandise without my receipt. I explained to the young woman at the register that I had looked everywhere for my receipt to no avail. However, I had the charge and amount on my credit card app. She called up the supervising manager to help me. That nice lady took her time to look up my origional transaction so that she could just credit my card instead of giving me a store credit. During that whole transaction, she was warm and friendly and I felt like I made a new friend! Rubenna definitely hasn't forgotten what truly good customer service is about!! Thank you for that great experience!!!

I went with my friend to get advice and information, we talked with Rubenna. She was Amazing! She was Very knowledgeable and very friendly she went above and beyond to help us when we left we had all the answers plus the part we needed, and she put it in without slowing her pace. I won’t hesitate going there for all my car needs!!

I had Rubenna at the Mesquite Nv store diagnose my check engine light . It was about closing time yet she was prompt , efficient and couldn’t have been more cordial about this . What a great experience because of her . I bought the needed part she put it on and reset the check engine light FREE. Great job Rubenna I’ll tell a lot of people about this Thank You

The last time I came here, 3000 miles ago. These people ripped me off and assured me that next time I come back, they would take care of me well I just came back and they were not willing to make it right.tried handing me the wrong oil filter they had no intentions on making the wrong right so I won’t be back don’t trust a managers word it’s not worth beans
