American First refused to give me proof of ownership for a car when the loan was paid off. They insisted that they “do not write bank letters” which is what the DMV requires for a temporary movement permit. So I cannot drive the vehicle I purchased from this bank until the title is mailed to me which they said would take 3-5 weeks. Absolutely unprofessional of them to not provide a basic document that any other financial institution would have done without a second thought.

I first opened my personal account in1995. And we just opened our HOA account last week. the account representative had to to be the best took care of us and answered all questions we had not to embarrass her she is the best I am glad we went with themInstead of going to the drive thru I will be coming in to see those smiling faces

I needed to open a local account to be able to deposit cash as my primary bank doesn't have a branch here. I asked around and was told America First was worth looking into. I was pleased to discover I could open an account online, though I knew I would have to go in to make my first deposit and get my ATM card. The process online was simple and easy to do. I went into the bank the following day and was seen immediately by the friendly staff. There were some difficulties with finalizing the opening, but it had nothing to do with the bank itself. They had me out in about 15 minutes with all my paperwork and my ATM card.I did attempt to transfer money from America First to my primary bank and it failed, thus locking my checking account from further transfers until I got a hold of America Firs. A call to customer service helped me understand that I had most likely put in the wrong account information and they helped reestablish the account. I'm very pleased with how friendly, fast, and courteous everyone both on the phone and in person have been.

Google claims you close at 6pm on Wednesday 2/17/21... it’s 5:30 and the doors are locked. What are the correct hours?

Very helpful and accommodating staff. One of the easiest banking experiences I've had to setup new accounts. Good service and fast, too. The mobile app is also great.

Just started a account there. Not impressed so far. Over a week to get my card and can't order nothing offline till it comes. They need to find a better way to access money for people!

Don't understand the inefficiency of not having deposit slips in the cylinders for drive up. The reason why I'm in the drive up is to save time not take the same amount of time as if I had gone inside. Thank you, that is all. P.S. The teller was kind and helpful.
