“Had a horrific experience with a FedEx driver that was supposed to deliver my package to my home and get a signature. For days they never showed up, my camera footage or lack thereof is proof. I finally had my package re-routed to this store and the clerk was super helpful, he gave me some options for next time and explained a few things that were sort of disapointing but helpful. Gave me some hope. I will use them again. As for home (door) delivery for FedEx, I never plan on using them again.”

“I have mixed feelings. I had a complaint because a driver did not knock on my door, just left a label and I had Been waiting all day.. I called 1 800 number and complained. The driver immediately came back to my trailer and apologized. Was So Respectful. Was So Kind. He thought my gate was locked. I explained it was a pickup because I do not have a car. We both laughed. He told me his name was Victor and that he would be my regular driver. I am Delighted. I called the 1 800 number again and am certain my number has been flagged. It was only 430 PM and no matter what I said, including speaking in Spanish it WILL NOT connect me to another Live person, when earlier I talked to 2. One was very nice. His name was Zak. I have now called this number and only get a busy single even though it is open till 6. I called the Nugget UPS store and the young man says the HUB has no public number. I can only assume that if one of the Driver's drops dead of heat stroke in my driveway that somehow UPS will find out. Hope so.”
“Conveniently located. Professional and courteous staff. Ample parking. Never had any issue with this location. And now, it's my favorite location because of the self service machine where you can scan your package and get a receipt without having to stand in line (unless there's a line to use the machine - never happened to me). If only all FedEx locations had this machine, but I guess it's due to the sheer volume that this location processes.”

“I appreciate having this post office so close and can usually get in and out quickly for stamps, money orders, packages, etc. There may be a few people in line, if any, so it's better than going somewhere else to take care of these transactions, plus it's maybe 50 feet from parking spot to the counter! Saves time and gas!”

“Great customer service and drivers ! I noticed my order was idle for a week and decided to contact saia , they informed me no contact info was attached to my order and they were unable to contact me to schedule drop off. They transfered me to the transit my package was at and scheduled delivery for that next day.
The following day I got a call from the driver 30 minutes ahead to let me know he was on his way so I there were no issues with delivery.
My package (200lbs) arrived a little beat up and he helped inspect it and gave me the option to send it back or keep it. He also helped me get it in the house.
