My delivery arrived earlier than expected, which normally would be great BUT this was large, heavy items and I wasn't prepared. The driver, Mario offered to call a fellow employee to help. It was a hot day and Mario and Raul unloaded the items with an amazing attitude. Not only did Mario and Raul do this without me asking, they wouldn't except a tip. I still feel guilty for not compensating them for their time and effort...They definitely deserved it!
