Just ordered a venti pumpkin spice latte. My husband brought it up to the room and it was barely 3/4 filled.Not worth the convenience.

The baristas are friendly and will make your drink perfect. Went here every day while in Laughlin. Because of the great staff at this location.

When we were at the till to order the gentleman who took our order was the supervisor was so rude to my friend & I. The girl making the drinks was amazing.

prices are doubled cuz you're in the casino I suggest driving about 10 minutes to the Starbucks in bullhead by Lowe's much better prices and better quality itemsThe pumpkin cream cold brew did not taste like pumpkin cream or coffee It tasted like water cream and the swiss ham croissants did not have very much product in it croissants was great A though

After a long line I was met by a very cheerful lady at the register. I asked how she was doing and complimented her that I know it’s a super busy day but she seemed so welcoming. She was very nice. My drinks didn’t look like they usually do and the barista making all the drinks helped me figure out what to add to make it how I liked them. I appreciate her helping me bc I have no idea how coffee works lol. A couple shots later and the drinks were the best! Thank you for your patience and assistance. This is a very busy location and the staff working are very helpful and professional.

I never review places but the visit to this location has the worst service and terrible coffee. The baristas need more training so they know how to prepare a drink. If you let them know your drink is not correct they are very rude. Paid close to $20 dollars for 2 coffees that were all milk with no espresso. We had to throw them out and was very disappointed. Won't be going back to this location.

They need more than one person making coffee, especially on the weekends. The line of 15 to 20 people isn’t acceptable. We’re leaving on a tour in 15 minutes and now probably won’t have time to get coffee.

Waited in line 45 minutes for a black coffee. Staff was slow and not on task. Line was so long the hotel staff and to move the line along the wall.The ONLY reason it has one star is because I had to put a star to make a comment.

My lovely barista, Paula, the other day went above and beyond to ensure I had the best customer service experience on the river. She paid great attention to detail on my custom drink and even made sure my drink was just right. We need to see more of this Las Vegas resort quality service along our beautiful Colorado river.

I was staying at Harrah’s for 2 days and what a delight a Starbucks downstairs. Later that day ,One of the coffee I had purchased there had coffee grinds at the bottom, that’s is the worst. Today they didn’t honor my birthday free drink, “we’re a franchise, we don’t do that”.that explains their bare minimum costumer service.they don’t adhere to the great costumer service Starbucks is known for, next time I’ll drive to a corporate store.
