The lines last forever to get any food or drink, the staff were incredibly polite at least but the other patrons were disgusting and incredibly rude to everyone and everything around them personally would rather go to any other bowling alley if there was one, when you do get the food though it is and taste that bad

Irie/Lauren treated us terrible. I love the Riverside and only want to support. I've met Don Laughlin and only have respect for all he had accomplished. With in minutes of sitting at the bowling alley bar we were greeted by Laurie/Lauren who said she wished it was 12. We asked why. She said because we would be closed. We just shined her negativity off because we are great tippers and thought we'll turn her night around. My friend who is older and retired from the US Air Force asked for a second drink and was greeted by an in appropriate gesture from Lauren/Laurie. He is married and not soliciting that type of behavior but we laughed to play along. She later said we were sexually harassing her so be careful. After an hour, each person I was with tipped her about $10 each for serving 3 drinks. We asked for a 4th drink and she quoted the 15 minutes rule. Which as a bartender I respect. However according to our recipients (see attached) it had been over 19 minutes. Lauren/Laurie was on the phone and rudely said " in a minute." It was slow. We thought she would be greatful for the business and great tips but clearly did not want to work. She has a poor and disrespectful attitude. I hope the bar manager and surveillance reviews the footage. After telling her it had been over 19 minutes, she called Security. This is very disappointing and discouraging. We will choose to drink, gamble and stay elsewhere. I rarely give a low review but wanted to document this in the event it happens to others.

I love bowling at Riverside Lanes Bowling because how it is a great place for people of ages to come together and have some fun. They also provide delicious snacks and drinks at an equitable price. I would definitely go back to this bowling alley again anytime.

Very family friendly fun atmosphere place!! BUT why on earth would the food stand close at 7:55pm?!?! The place was packed and no way to eat or get a drink(they don't recommend bringing drinks from the bar to bowling area) prices very affordable for bowling. We got a lane super quick. The option to add bumpers were also not working on our lane. Staff isn't too happy but ok. Was clean. Will go again.

The lanes are great and the bowling was fun. My only ding on the place is the pricing. For two people to bowl 1 game, it was 32 dollars. That felt rather steep. But, we had fun and enjoyed our time at the alley.
