Process was so easy & convenient. No hassle, all through your phone takes no more than 10 minutes with a good price in my opinion. They were all so nice. Definitely will be going through them again!

Laughing on the water jet ski rental is the place to go if your looking for a great experience along with great customer service. It was my first time attempting to jetski and I was nervous. But Stephanie, along with all the other staff members, made me feel more comfortable by explaining to me the Dos and donts. watching a safety video was also a requirement. After the video they asked if I had any questions. They answered all my questions and concerns clearly and thoroughly. They made sure I was comfortable and relaxed before sending out onto the beautiful water. Thank you Stephanie. Laughlin on the Water has restored and replenished my faith in great customers service. See you again soon!!!!

Don't use this jet ski rental location,The owner will take your money away from you,The customer service is really bad, The employees are nice, but the owner not.Use different jet ski rental, there is too many is Laughlin with better services.I believe she(owner Stephanie )knows that they have a lot of customer is one or two customers that she lose, there is no problem because she will have more customer, please don't use this location
