I want to start by saying that I’m not mad about it. I come to this store semi often, usually at night and the night team is always so nice, helpful and friendly. Hence the 5 stars, because I won’t base one experience on my overall review. I came in the morning which I usually don’t do. I had a bad not terrible experience with a cashier named Annetta. She was really nice to the person in front of me. When I came up her whole attitude changed, I grabbed the dividing stick to separate the purchases and she snatched it away and said just leave it. I apologized, It was my turn next, she didn’t say anything to me so I said hello nicely to cut the awkward silence and was ignored for the rest of our interaction. It’s a customer service job, just be nice. Fake it if you have to that’s what I do or at least be rude to everyone equally lol But night crew, you guys are the MVPs of that store ❤️

Had to make a quick stop and luckily it was close by. The cashier was very friendly and welcoming. This location was very clean fully stocked.

This store is Toxic to our community! This is now the third separate occasion that I have had any issue in this location. The one by the mall on the strip never one, this one on needles hwy every time! Prior to this current experience I had two employees yelling at me after I was ran into multiple times by some lady with her shopping cart, one even tried to threaten me! Reading the reviews I’m not the only one. Today I need one item a bottle of eye drops. Stores a pigsty boxes everywhere can’t get to any huge line only one clerk fine, no big deal until it’s my turn then that clerk had to step away to help others in the store, cash in hand one item. Spent ten minutes hiking box mountain then ten minutes line wait. The second clerk that was stocking and had the entire middle of the store covered in boxes and products comes over to help takes others behind us all in line that just barely joined the end of the line. Told myself I wasn’t going to go back after being attacked by the rouge cart women last, time now this time made me late for work and still didn’t get to by my eye drops because I could wait any more. This stores manager also was the one that was making comments to me before so clearly no one will be addressing this stores issues. Done get out of our town Family Dollar! Nothing but trash.

Great location for locals, right in the heart of Laughlin residential neighborhoods. Perfect for grabbing things when you don’t want to drive all the way into Bullhead/Ft Mohave. Prices & Products offered are pretty typical for a Family Dollar. Usually pretty clean and organized inside. We rarely have to wait in line when we go, always quick in and out.
