This is the gift shop located inside of the Tropicana hotel. It's not affiliated with Cesar property so no points with your player card or CC. I was dying for a seltzer & the bars inside the Trop don't carry them. A nice employee told me this store did & I could grab one & drink it out on the casino floor so that's what I did! Well, actually I grabbed two of them & a tall can Corona for my friend. There was a bunch of cute stuff but I didn't have time to shop as I was in the middle of playing craps & wanted to get back to my game. Diana was the young cashier who rang me up. Very nice & friendly. I'll definitely be back!!

They have a VIP checkin so if you are Diamond or higher you can avoid the long check in lines in a private area. But it becomes obvious real fast that you are not in LAS and you are only at L**** Diamond Level (first Diamond tier) no premium spirits, only one drink at a time in the bingo room, we didn't qualify for a room upgrade and they had to credit back the resort fee we were charged when I created the reservation. Offered water and soda at checkin which I think was the only Diamond perk we got. We were told we had a high floor, pool view and renovated room...meh, 11th floor, was a pool view and negative on the r...room was clean and comfortable but dated. Shutters and black out blinds were a nice touch. It takes a Butt-Ton of effort to get to Diamond only to not get anything for it. Parking garage is nice, easy walk across the street to In n out for a quick lunch or late night snack. Slots were decent pay. Only electronic table games. Bingo room is always friendly except they turn the self-serve soda machine off so you can't take a cup with you. We get COMP rooms so I shouldn't complain too much...but I am...

omg I've never had so much fun in a casino. Yeah it's old and a little stinky but so much fun. Played twenty on this one a lot machine for a bit and it was just fun. I didn't make a million dollars but I didn't really lose and the cocktail lady was super cool. We're dating now.

If I could give this Casino a negative star, I would. This was our first trip to Laughlin and it might be our last. When we complained that there was no comforter or anything other than a sheet on the bed, we were told they don't have any available. Even with the AC unit off, it was chilly enough for a heavier blanket. The wait time to check in was extremely long with 3 broken kiosk and rude staff. Upon check out, I alerted the front desk person to the problems we had encountered. Her only response was, "ok, well have a good day". No apology or even an acknowledgement of the issues. We will never stay there again

The service at the place about about 1/2 the employees is a total joke. Total bad service. There are a few employees who do a good job. There are many reasons Not To Stay Here... I don't have time to elaborate.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Booked only for 1 day because we didn't know we were going to extend our stay in Laughlin. So we decided to go with Tropicana because we never stayed there. So me and my fiancé did valet with Tropicana. Everything was fine until we wanted to pick up our car. Didn't inform us we had to pay for valet. Which was fine for us no biggie. The part that got my frustrated was that they didn't want to give me my car because I didn't pay for valet yet. Which I inform the front desk, that I was going to pay for it. Went inside to pay front desk tells me that they can't break a $20 when they are a billon dollar company. Then I said can I pay card she told me that I can't because it's under my fiancé name. I said, how do you expect me to pay ??? Your doing all this over 5 dollars that I'm willing to pay and I need my car to leave. After arguing for about 15 minutes they finally gave me my car. I will never stay here again front desk is rude, disrespectful & unprofessional.

NO LOCKS ON DOOR (see picture ) THIS HOTEL THIS PLACE HAS YEARS OF FILTH BUILDUP FROM REPEATED NEGLECT AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! this establishment is unclean, unsanitary and unprofessional. There are dirty sheets, dirty towels, and no blankets - There was two mattress unevenly put together WITH METAL COMING OFF and a hazard, broke skin on my ankle. I called room service and was told by staff it would be fully service "shortly" and they would fix the bed. After calling back twice to get an update - and no one coming to the room over an hour. I was frustrated being dismissed and not handled in professional way. I kept examining the room. THERE ARE DEAD BUGS, FOOD CRUMBS, and cat food and cat litter, DUST EVERYWHERE AND THE CARPET IS TORN UP. THE WALLS HAVE HOLES AND STAINS ON THEM. THIS IS NOT FROM ONE BAD CLEAN .... THIS IS FROM REPEATED NEGLECT AND LAZINESS OF THE STAFF HERE OVER THE YEARS !!! Someone needs to be held accountable. The doors don't have locks on them ... they are missing .. There are finger nails in the ground and scrapes all over the furniture. The fridge is sticky and doesn't keep anything cold. there are black marks all over the ground. Light switch had brown marks on it . And the iron board is dirty and stained THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE I did not get an anwesr from the front desk, except a shrug off. No apology. They gave me a different room no probables like this was normal thing .... I was relieved but the second room was even worse !!! I would leave but it's a kid rock and there's no other open non smoking rooms First I called the maid service, they told me they would be there in 20 mins , I waited over an hour, I called again and they told me they would fully service th eorom, I was ignored again. I went to the front desk, and When I went downstairs to complain , Tasha listened I showed her all the pictures she gave me another room- equally bad. There was no where else to stay.- and I asked to speak to a manger . She ran to the corner to talk to her manager "Lordis" who I could see sitting behind her desk, she did nothing to help, she did not stand up to talk to me, she did not empathize, she did not do her job as a manager . She refused to talk to me . And sat there and made Tasha be her little messenger . I felt bad for Tasha . Tasha then told me she could only refund 14$ a night for the hotel fee and I had to go to Expedia since I booked with them . And I have reached out to the Instagram page of Tropicana on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (since front desk was refusing to take my calls or respond to me me ) and got a response acknowledging the quality of the room is not normal And unacceptable . I was told by t toe online account someone would reach out to me - i waited a whole day and got no response . Once speaking with Expedia and learning since- Yes I did book through Expedia - but it was Tropicana that charged me for the deposit and stay -- that they were lying and I had to get refunded with Tropicana . The manger lordis is trying to withhold my money from me and wouldn't speak to me. Since learning this I have called back multiple times to the Tropicana Laughlin (asking to speak to the Manager or supervisor ) and every time I am sent to the message machine . I have Called multiple times at different times and every time someone answers, put me on hold, and refuses to speak to me until I am forwarded straight to the message machine . I have left message and no one has responded to me . This is unacceptable behavior , and I deserve to speak to an actual person . Lordis is a horrible manager and should be in charge here . Expedia has called and written to Tropicana on my behalf saying they recommend a refund and they are getting ignored with no response YET AGAIN.this company is a joke

They front desk supervisor on duty September 6 at 8:45 AM is the rudest woman I have ever spoken to in my life I was told I did not matter and she would not help me because she was checking in a bus full of guests and I would have to wait while trying to resolve a 36 hour long issue. The room was dirty the carpet has 40 burns in it from cigarettes the entire property is rundown I was only forced to stay here out of necessity during a 5 day blackout I'll never spend another penny at a Caesar's establishment MGM M-Life is the only loyalty program worth having. I've had not one friendly experience with any of the staff. I personally blame this all on management and understaffing they clearly do not want to pay their employees enough to be here and work and get people who want to be here so we're all stuck dealing with subpar service and paying twice the rate we would have a few years ago. The worst!!!!!!!

I don't even know where to begin. Look I understand it's Laughlin and the nicest hotel out there doesn't exist but I don't ask for much. Tropicana is a legendary name and property there is one in Vegas and you have several others across the US. I didn't have high expectations but when you see pictures of how your room is supposed to look online and you get there and it isn't well then that's a problem I like to call getting photofished, and like my boyfriend says it happens to me allot. I booked this property on booking.com for a stay from Sunday 8/26/22 to Monday 8/29/2022 for my friends birthday weekend. We live in Vegas so the drive was nothing we got there at 2p and parked in the garage walked inside and walked all the way across the casino to registration there was no line that should have been a sign, when I go to check in she didn't even ask for my ID just my last name, didn't even ask for the credit card I booked with, I though my weird, she didn't make small talk with us or anything just had us pay the deposit and handed the keys over. They gave us a room on the 3rd floor, wow lowest floor I have stayed on ever the hallways are so outdated the color they chose for the doors looks like a motel we get in the room and it smells musty like it hasn't been used there were cobwebs on the ceiling blowing in the wind from the air conditioner scuff Marks on the walls from everyone's shoes. My boyfriend went to use the bathroom and the toilet wouldn't flush he took the lid off and the chain detached from the plug he went to reattach it and noticed 5 other broken chains just hangin at the bottom like engineering or facilities couldn't scoop those out? He ended up fixing it. Above the shower head was a hole growing in the ceiling with some black mold, I gave it two stars for the comfortable bed and they actually had hot water, the room was beyond outdated and the artwork well the Laughlin river lodge has the same so they must have gotten it at a discounted rate. Overall would not stay here again.

So first thing as we entered the room was the wet bed sheets. It felt so muggy in the room, not sure if it's from the sheets. There's no refrigerator or table. Our family stayed on the same floor while on vacation and they were all the same room but some rooms had more things than others. Like one had a table another had a small ottoman chair. The restaurant downstairs wasn't great. My husband bought a French dip and it didn't have flavor at all. There's a bar inside the gated pool area, so you can't take an ice chest. So we sat outside the gate to drink. They have security by the gate and sometimes inside so there's no getting around it. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was the lounge downstairs had a band playing and man they were great!!!! It was so much fun!!! Also In n out is literally next door as well as a gas station. It was walking distance and the employees are super nice at both places!!

Room was old and dusty. Window area hasn't been cleaned for a while but the overall room was somewhat clean. The absolute worst part of this place is trying to get an elevator around check out. I'm talking 45 mins to an hour of watching elevators open with people packed like sardines with their luggage. And everyone just waiting to try to fit in one. It was ridiculous and that can't be safe. Even if you just wanted to get a late breakfast or hit the casino between 10am and 12pm on a weekend, it ain't happening.

AVOID AT ALL COST! We checked in last night at 3:00. Upon entering our room, we noticed the sink was backed up and full of dirty brown water. We immediately called the front desk. They said they would send maintenance right up. We waited an hour and I called again. I said I wanted a new room and they they needed to make this right. 20 minutes later they sent a bell boy up with a new room key. We immediately went to have dinner.. we had not eaten breakfast... only to find out the dining room closed at 4:00 due to staff shortage! NO COMPENSATION.. not even a "I'm sorry!!"
