I've never encountered a more aggressive lender. Rude tone, condescending, unwilling to explain. By all means if you want to be treated like garbage in an already vulnerable situation go here ?REApparently I wasn't clear enough. My complaint has nothing to do with the approval process. This negative review is not being left out of spite or as a result of being denied. This review is because of the clear unprofessional behavior of a lender as evidenced by the aggressive tone, unwillingness to explain without a condescending attitude and clear disrespect.

I came into this place back in January and I was denied because of arizona unemployment not having enough credits in my account even though the ARPA plan had passed, giving an extension to applicants. So I left and still needed money and was not helped. I came back today in June and did a pre approval over the phone by submitting my documents of proof of income and proof of residency and was pre approved for $150, my asking loan amount was $300. I needed the money today so I took the loan. CHRIS, is the one who did my application and was super helpful and understanding of my situation with unemployment, as I had credits in my unemployment account. A problem I did not agree with, the additional federal unemployment compensation per week was not included in my income even though it is deposited into my prepaid unemployment card online. So my actual monthly income was $1,200 LESS than what I have actually been receiving since being laid off. I am looking for work, but the payments aren't much and don't add up to what I used to make, unfortunately. This loan helped me as I needed it, and if I paid off the $150 within 10 days my interest would only calculate to about $8. So $8 for a loan of $150 is very decent and much appreciated and much needed at the time of loan. After paying off this loan I will keep a good standing with this company as I have no credit, but not bad credit, Chris informed me that this will help build my credit which is very nice. This man deserves a raise! Thanks, Matt

Went to Dollar Loan Center today to get a loan and was extremely Happy with Customer Service there. "Q" has a personality and service that sticks with you when you leave the fact she remembered my name from when I walked in 2 weeks ago and only spent 10 minutes with her surprised me! She was a pleasure to deal with and The professionalism shown by Chris and the way he handled my loan was Awesome! GREAT JOB GUYS!

Seriously an easy and helpful way in any tough situation. They offer signature loans which is amazing compared to an auto title loan. And they Set up the loan so that it is paid off in a decent amount of time because your payment is actually going to principle and not just interests. Leslie and Carl are awesome
