We came for the Shania show with the VIP early party ticket. Getting in was ok; the entry lady gave us crap about being there "late" (plane landed at 530 and couldnt get to venue until 630. The first drink was good. Then the vip bartender said we could get our commemorative cup from one of the other bars. The other bars said that wasn't true. Didn't get the cup.
We wanted to go out and have a smoke before the show. We're told by someone we needed to get a stamp from the door person. The door person scanned out our ticket and the line lady hassled us for not getting stamps.

A little confusing, ticket says 2.00
Reviews say arrive early
Doors don’t even open until 2.00??
Show is actually at 2.45
Be prepared to stand and wait to get in
Giant walk to venue if you come via the palazzo hotel
We came via ride share and it was easy
Leaving we walked out through the bridge, seems like miles long

I attended the Maxwell, Jazmine Sullivan, and October London concert, and I did not like my seat. I sat in the center balcony section, where I had an obstructed view ( I am not sure if the obstructed area serves as handicapped seating or an alternative Deejay setup; all I know is it blocked my view! The venue has big screens so I could watch the show. However, I highly recommend staying away from the balcony middle section, no matter how much of a bargain you get on tickets. Some venues, such as Dolby Live and Pearl inside the Palms, provide an excellent view from the front to the balcony back row. However, PH Live is not one of those venues where every seat is fantastic, so choose wisely!
Aside from my seat, I enjoyed the show, and the staff and operation seemed organized. If I return, I would have to have a seat on the bottom floor or nothing at all.

I bought tickets for Shania Twain, nothing to say about her, she is a great artist, I love her and the show was excellent.
My evaluation goes more than anything to the administration of the site, there were 2 people serving and the one that was my turn only spoke English (later her colleague told me that she spoke Spanish and should have referred me). I had a problem with the person who helped me in the first instance since he reprinted the same ticket for me twice. Although it could be solved, you are left with a feeling of discomfort for a while because the person was not attentive to his work (in the first place, it should not happen to you to reprint the same order, I mention this because I also worked in ticket offices and it never happened to me, so it is a mistake. of the system). At least there was a solution so I'm commenting more than anything so that whoever buys tickets with will call should be careful.

Theatre is Tired & Dingy
We saw a show here in 11/2024 and theatre V3 really needs a makeover. It seemed dirty and tired. It definitely affects the atmosphere for the performers.

I saw October London, Maxwell, and Jazmine Sullivan it was incredible! The venue is set up cool. I sat in the very last row in the very back and could still enjoy the show so long as ppl weren’t standing. The acoustics weren’t bad!
I will say the traffic getting out was horrendous! It took me almost three hours to get out of the parking garage and I left the show 20 min early and was still stuck at a stand still for over two hours. I don’t recommend parking where they tell you to park for the show.

Went here to See King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard. There were a lot of us and a huge line formed before the doors were opening. They were very accommodating with originizing the lane to maximize efficiency flowing us Gizzard heads in. They also had flash lights to light up the stairs in the dark. Very appreciated 🙏 The stage was lit nicley and they kept the fog machines flowing making the light look so epic during the concert. Acoustics 10/10 Venue 11/10 Band 100/10

Saw one of my favorite bands plays here three weeks ago. It was clean and the employees were kind and helpful when it came to finding my seat

Great acoustics, clean, but really expensive concessions. Only 1, that's ONE, ladies bathroom. And not the best place for ambulatory disabled people. There isn't a hand rail on the stairs.
A real perk was we bought tickets for the mezzanine and they upgraded us to the lower level for free.

I've been to hundreds of shows worldwide. Have also been to shows here before - saw Disturbed and Falling in Reverse. Had no issues. Recently saw Daughtry, Staind, and Breaking Benjamin. Sound was WAY too loud for Staind. Made the music painful to listen to. Actually had to go into the atrium to listen to that part of the show. Really nice venue. Not easy to get into on a concert night. Really hope they do better next time.

Have lived in Las Vegas forever. Never been to Bakkt, now PH Live. Saw the Scorpions. They were amazing, and the theatre itself was as well. Employees very nice from the time you go in until you leave. I just wish the area around Planet Hollywood was nicer. I remember the days of beautifully manicured grounds, doormen, everything very, very clean up and down the strip. Not so much anymore. Reminds me of dirty NYC. Don't go to the strip much anymore. Not safe and driving is a nightmare.

Worst experience ever. Paid $400 for tickets for a concert and a couple was blocking the view the whole concert. When I rise the concert to Joyce “the manager”, cause there were multiple people complaining she said she couldn’t do anything. The most useless person I try to talk to, and I will never recommend this venue or work with the staff again.
Update:
The couple got so intoxicated that ended up seating in a different section. causing problems to people who paid VIP and ended up getting escorted out. No thanks to Joyce.

We surprised our twelve year old son with Jeff Dunham tickets. His favorite comedian and his very first show experience. Last Friday at planet Hollywood. We had good seats and everything seemed good. The audience was asked not to record talk or yell during the show. Unfortunately not every one follows the rules or has respect for other people who paid to see the show. The lady beside me and my son and the couple behind us that were drunk. Yelled and talked during the whole show they were so loud. My son and I had headaches and our ears were ringing. When my twelve year old looked behind us the the lady's boyfriend behind us went to stand up. Like he was gonna fight my twelve year old son. We ended up not being able to hear half of the show. Before the show ended my son looked at us and let's go. Because the people were so loud they made it impossible to enjoy the show. Which really sucked and this being our sons first experience it was ruined by rude drunk and entitled people. That have no respect for others around them. We will never again pay close to 400.00 for a show we will wait for the specials to come out and watch it from the comfort of our home.
