I’m a Vault rewards member This Location in Meadows Mall is my ultimate destination and favorite place to work with and buy from Please see Denise, Patty and the lady who’s joined them about 4-5 months ago This place would get more than 5 stars if I had that choice
I’m saying it’s a mega star double triple digits rating like in a running for best of Zales in every single way and category of designing from scratch or recreating items of personal value and memories
Wonderful Mall and family places to enjoy if it’s your thing and choice for outings and gifts, personal treasures for yourself
I love the sales team Denise and Patty are my usual ladies to work with and handle my services I’m always looking forward to our visit and it started out I was the 2nd customer; then others swayed in after me
I am such a courtesy freak for waiting on others and checking back with me
I have been taught and trained in that way for that type of work
I found a beautiful pre birthday gift
What a beautiful time and the customer service by Denise, Patty and newbie (forget her name) whom has years 20 plus experience in such business
The multiple languages spoken in the store and the misunderstanding of being accused of 3 people Family members together
Was treated rude by one sales person
I had to help defend and stand up for my sales person and assure the rest of the coworkers that she was not being mean and rude They were not really ready for items to be looked at closely
This was during lunches and breaks period as well
I watched these folks walk in from way outside and then stand at the opposite counter
Denise was very professional and respectful the young daughter she turned around and had a mouth full of braces and was speaking perfectly in English and her mother and father were just speaking in Spanish and it was not something I have encountered before In my personal and actual purchase experience
These people are such helpful women and really know what they are talking about and consult with the jeweler and the finest details for someone who what’s a memorable piece of love symbolism and special occasions history to eventually pass down way later in life
I finally got a chance out of my very busy and hectic schedule to get my precious metals and stones examined and gone over that my warranty is coverage is for
While having my jewelry being taken care of I always get notices in emails for special events, sales and all the special occasion sales events
I use that time to create my wishes and love list

We went by to get my husband a new ring (this is Bronson’s wife of course) because he grew out of his. Went in, was greeted by Patrick who gave us the absolute best red carpet experience. From the moment we walked in, all of his attention was on us to ensure we got superb service. We ended up leaving with a lot more than we intended. Patrick just established loyal customers, I can’t say enough about him. Go see him next time you’re shopping around and see for yourself. I am sure he will not disappoint!
