This guy completely scammed us. The car got stuck there. He wouldn't answer phone or text. Then stole everything out of it and said it was left. Then we could come up 4000 to have him fix it with Crefit card he said he only takes cash. There was so much weird and unlawful stuff he pulled. Keep your car away. We never got the car back.

took my car in because it was leaking power steering fluid and said it was something else and did the labor and didnt even fix the problem on the vehicle but made sure to charge me if you wanna get ripped off come here untrustworthy and dishonest also hides his negative reviews.

If you are looking for a reliable, friendly, knowledgable, and fast auto mechanic thats not going to to take advantage of you, Z Plus is the way to go.Sal the owner has been great!My car was leaking coolant and I was worried there was an issue with my water pump. Z Plus was the first place I called, they were close to The Strip. They answered right away and gave me a reasonable up front price, recommended a diagnostic check before moving forward, and let me know he could get the car in today (a Friday afternoon). After shopping around, Sals price was more than reasonable, especially considering he was able to help me over the weekend, many places told me I would have to wait until Monday morning. He was the only one at a reasonable price that would get me back on the road the same day.When I arrived he was kind and remembered our phone conversation. Checked out the car and showed me exactly where my water pump was leaking from. He knew right away what he was doing, and kindly made sure I understood what was wrong a what needed to be fixed. I couldn’t be more grateful to find an honest mechanic. He quoted me the same price we discussed on the phone OUT THE DOOR including parts, labor, and taxes.Thank you so much for getting us back on the road! Supporting this local small business is a no brainer.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Our car started losing brake power while we were passing through Las Vegas on our way home to CA. We found Sal's shop online and were impressed by the yelp and google reviews. We had our car towed there and Sal cut his lunch break short to come back to the shop and help us. He found our problem quickly, kept us updated, and was able to rebuild a part for us so we could get on our way. He even stayed an hour later than the shop was open to help us out. I've never been more grateful!! After such a frustrating day of travel, it was SO nice to find someone trustworthy that was so kind and willing to help. He even checked in with us later in the weekend to make sure the drive went well and the car was working okay. We highly recommend Sal and we will be back to get our oil changed whenever we are back in Las Vegas!

Can't recommend this place enough. I was driving back home and something flew off a truck and hit my car so i was stranded in Vegas, Sandro worked until 9PM to get me back safely on the road. My frame was bent and the car was undrivable but he literally saved the day and got me back home safe.Services: Wheel alignment

Sal replaced my radiator and thermostat and did a great job, car runs good and I highly recommend him to fix your car problems!

I have NEVER done a review on Yelp just because I have mostly had a good experience with my selections. However, for this specific one, I just CANT!! I went to Z Plus because it's only 2 minutes away from my home, my family and I had an emergency to go to California for, Z Plus was available to change my oil, and it had a 5-star Rating. Perfect, right?! FML!! Soon after I left the shop, my check engine light came on. As I said, we were already short on time, so I packed my kids and went to Cali. On our way there, 3 cars kept waving us down on the I-15. When we got to San Bernardino and the traffic was picking up, I was able to roll my window down when a lady waved us down and she said "You guys are smoking really bad in the back! Like REALLY BAD!!" Got to my aunt's place and saw that there was so much oil spots on the tailgate of our truck. Ended up getting another oil change in Ontario the next day and the check engine light went off soon after. I'm not one to go back and confront, and I hope that my $80 helped Z Plus with whatever they felt they needed to cheat me for. I'm not going to bash this place, but I recommend you all be careful who you take your cars to. I was more upset because I even told him I was taking my family to Cali and I would've been damned if anything happened to my kids on the road because I was careless with who I trusted to change the oil
