Sitting here having my Belgium waffle across the hallway. This company is still on the same type of business. Aggressive, trying to lure people in the store etc. Why and how are they still in business ??

Rudest man to grace the cosmetics industry. Even 1 star is too much for him.Aggressively accosts women outside his store, loudly pointing out their flaws in public and what he would change.Tried grabbing my arm and dragging me into his store and wouldn’t listen when I repeatedly told him no.I said that I liked my nasolabial line and not everything requires filling. He then literally waved his scrawny hand in my face and told me to go.I threw his cheap samples on the floor and left. For someone who is so rude should probably avoid giving his card and name out.

My husband went to the store and was actually 'waved off ' by the person at the desk. Not a we are closed or there are no spaces left...waved off. I asked him why the doors weren't closed then and he asked me to leave. Absolutely horrendously rude. In case the owner cares it was Sept 6/23. Your employees are in need of some customer service education.

Please be aware that you cannot return anything to the store. You need to contact customer service and even customer service can’t authorize a return and refund. They take information and promise to get back to you.

This store is the front for this SCAM team to promote their fake skin care lines brands sericin and forever flawless. They choose vacation areas to con tourist to purchase products because most people won't realize they have been scammed until they get home. They are housed in Planet Hollywood and Venetian hotels in Vegas and in a store front in Waikiki. They run scams to rush you saying "they have a flight to catch". That's a common one. It happened to me. They don't make eye contact. They tell you they are Italian when they all speak Persian. They can be belligerent to get you to purchase a product. They hustle customers to get you to buy. Everyone is always paying a different price. Let's face it, if it this was such a fabulous product, it would be one set price. If you complain to the "parent company", they will tell you that all the franchises are independently owned and they don't make the prices. So no one is accountable. You will pay from $150-$2500 and the product is terrible. There are so many complaints about them on so many sites. It is only a matter of time that they will be caught for running a CON. Beware of this company. Don't be lured by the store front and where they are located. I would love to be part of a law suit against this company! Shame on them!! Karma.

This is the name of the store front for the skin care products Sericin +. I was recently staying at Planet *****, the weekend of 9/23/22. I took a walk through the Miracle Miles **** and was lured into the store by a girl handing out skin care samples. She called a sales rep out to assist me. He said he had a flight to catch but would still be able to help me. He quickly put eye cream under my eye insisting that I would never need any Botox. At 57 years old, I was the perfect candidate for their sales pitch. It seemed to smooth out the wrinkles under my eye. I started to believe in their sales pitch. He said you would only need to use this product every 6 months. So for $300, I would have the eye product along with 2 other products. What confused me was he kept changing the price. All sales reps were haggling with the customers. Everyone was paying a different price. I fell for the moment and spend $325 for all 3 products. As soon as I left the store, my gut kept telling me something was not right about this store. I went back to my room and researched them online. I read the same story over and over again. Many customers were met with the story of \

Products made my whole face swell up with allergic reaction. Tried to go back to store and ask for a refund and was told no refunds available for 14 days which is in direct opposition to Nevada law. This is definitely a scam company as noone at the store would help and the card has a number that can't be reached.

They do not even deserve one star. The associates are very pushy and their product gave me headaches and made my hand swell up. I asked for a return but they denied me and blamed it on covid even though no one working their was wearing a mask. Go figure. Horrible service and would not recommend.

Walked in to get a refund today because the product gave my wife a skin reaction under her eyes. Red and puffy and burning when she got home from miracle mile shops 3 days ago.I was told I have to contact a number on a business card? Does this sound correct to you at all? In regular business practices, even if you are a small shop, usually an employee would offer to call the owner or call and get authorization.So…..Contact the person on the card? See I’m gonna have to come back to this store at some point and give the product back! Two trips imagine if I didn’t live here ? I’m thinking it’s going to be a huge battle that ends in a chargeback sorry guys. You really should trust your employees to authorize refunds. A chargeback plus fees is way more expensive. And with the service I was given it might just be the only route I have to take.AlsoNo joke tho, your merchant processing, google maps and shopping bags all have different business names. And no website. Contact Caston Creative and talk to Andrew, he will be able to help set you up withA cohesive brandWebsiteAbs operations training

We just got scammed by a charming male sales person who said he was going on a immediate trip(walked by 15 minutes later male person was still in shop). Unfortunately, after his presentation and paid a reduced $1400 for $2500 worth of products, we decided to return the products for refund. On the Sericin website, they listed a 25% refund and restockage fee(no cost listed). Received a Returned-text from Yves Chantre Paris person who said on their sales receipt there is "No refunds. Exchanges within 14 days." Beware and be smart!!! Don't forget to request/ask for the store return policy before making purchase.
