Very unhappy with your service people. They exaggerated the issue and came up with very expensive proposals. They are very non cooperative. I lost trust on them. I got the issue fixed with different company very easily.

12-15-16 installed 4 ton AC w/gas heater, fuse box, thermostat & only half of house new ductwork. 1-19-17 installed remaining new ductwork on house. 4-28-17 installed additional 3 ton AC w/gas heater, fuse box & thermostat. Also an electronic polarized media air cleaner for each air return. They serviced equipment 1-2 times a year. 9/7/23 Service guy lied about a valve leaking, loss of refrigerant and system needing recharged with 4 lbs. refrigerant at $318 per lb. The 2nd opinion service person we set up thru our home warranty, explained the BS portions of the prior guy's explanation. Turned out that refrigerant only cost $75 per lb., we didn't need it, nor did we have a leak. Meter readings were in an acceptable range and would not cause more damage if it wasn't repaired. We will never use Yes again for inspections, annual servicing or anything else.

Dave was extremely knowledgeable and gave exceptional customer today service and explained everything in great detail. I highly recommend dave and the services the services of yes A/C to friends and family members. Dave quoted me on two new systems tankless water heater as well as a water solution system for drinking and hard water. Pricing is fair and services are all under warranty. Love this company!
