Awesome facility with great equipment. Ideal for those who want to get in and get to working out, without having to wait for machines like most other gyms. I loved working out there and only left because I moved out of state.

Decent variety, but should switch to one use cleaning wipes instead of the washed rags. Cardio equipment is so-so, but availability is very good.

One of the best gyms I have ever seen. Clean, organized, well equipped and you never have to wait for machines. Well worth the cost. I would recommend Yak's to anyone looking to work out stress free.

Amazing staff, instructors, and overall gym experience 10/10. I had the privilege of attending Yaks transformation program and to say the least…. Results are results ??? Great ownership, nice atmosphere. Not a bunch of teenie boppers sitting on their phones or filming lame "workouts" with tripods. Get in, do your stuff, move on.

Been looking for a quality gym and decided to check out Yak's location on Durango and Warm Springs. Chris, the owner, was super friendly and gave me a quick tour of the gym with full utilities, cardio, weight machines, free weights, aerobic and stretching room, sauna, bathroom with lockers and showers. The location was extremely clean and the equipment was expansive and modern. Just the kind of gym I was looking for! I signed up for a year and start tomorrow with my road to physical regimen and well being. Had cancer and a major operation last year and looking forward to getting back to feeling good!

Chris, not sure what you're referring to regarding "required number of visits" - I was DILIGENT about the 3x per week commitment, I missed one workout during the 6 weeks and I made it up over the weekend. But none of this is relevant to the issue here. Again, you are talking in circles to avoid the issue. You took $600 under false pretenses. Period.

Decided to finally get back into the gym & Chris was so amazingly welcoming! Both gyms are extremely clean and never really packed. The staff was also so attentive and sweet. Truly happy I picked this gym to get back into it!!
