Awesome facility with great equipment. Ideal for those who want to get in and get to working out, without having to wait for machines like most other gyms. I loved working out there and only left because I moved out of state.

Excellent fitness program and friendly instructors. The price may be too high, but the result after a couple of sessions is worth it.
