They don’t call you back or ever answer the phone. I’ve left voicemails for 2 weeks multiple times and still haven’t heard back. And every time I’ve called, nobody answers.

They answered many questions ahead on the phone calls, and in person service was very smooth and great. I’ll use it again. It’s located on the ground floor, just left side of Russian Executive Center. Suite -#107

I made an appointment for a finger printing at 12pm. I called the night before and confirmed. When I showed up at 12pm the day of the appointment a man came to the door and told me they did not open until 1:30pm. He could not help me because he was in a "different department".Very unprofessional. I drove 15 miles for the appointment and was blown off.

My fingerprinting results are taking exceptionally longer than usual. The people with work at the fingerprinting facility were kind enough to go out of their way trying to help me. They emailed the Department of Public Safety to follow up on my application, something i didn't expect them to do. They have stayed in touch with me through out the entire process and have been extremely helpful. I have to say, these guys are truly working hard to earn my business.

I don't normally review a bad experience but this went a bit excessive causing me financial troubles. I came here in Oct to get fingerprints for my agent card & this service made not one mistake but at least 3 mistakes in submitting (prints submitted incorrect, then missing codes, then missing signature) my finger prints to the point where my entire application was suspended just recently due to all the issues and now I can't even work. I had to call out the remainder of my week, begged my staff to understand and keep me employed. I asked for a refund due to all the troubles and they wouldn't even give me that as a way of making up for the issues they down right caused. If you are desperately in need of your paperwork done right do not come here..
