Initially walking up a mechanic seen me didn't speak and kept working. When I greeted he mumbled something. The man Nate was polite enough he diagnosed my car, gave me a few codes and referred me to a technical shop. After calling the technical shop they asked for me to have Wrench it call them. When I called Wrench it back some man answered with an attitude and told.me.they reallyy didn't even know what the issue was then got snappy with me. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Made an appointment I was a but late came in they refuse to take my car for a diagnosis and I drove 24 min to get there so I emailed to make another appt incase I could make it back and the lady said it was OK to be late I could come in anyways. I said I just left wasn't coming back. I was told diagnostic was fine as a walk in so I was upset I was turned away

Outstanding service and communication. I generally loathe dealing with mechanics and always feel ripped off when done - NOT this time! Their labor charges were appropriate and they didn't gouge me on parts. I was at their mercy, they could have burned me for 3 times what they charged. ? ONLY honest mechanic I've found in LV in 25yrs. Customer for life.?

I had to pass a smog test and was having difficulty with my O2 sensors. I was on a tight timeline of 2 days! Shawn did the repairs immediately for a very fair price. He also patiently and kindly answered questions to some problems I encountered the next day, diagnosed those problems immediately and sent me on the way to pass a smog test with my truck running better than it has for years!Shawn has my business now and definitely in the future! The new manager, Nate, is absolutely awesome! He is patient, kind, he listened to my needs and my wants. He explained a few things to me very patently.
