What the hell is the smell in the wash

Everytime I go through this location, including some very slow, I still have to dry my entire car by hand. Some spots are expected like door jambs and rear end as I have to do at other locations. However, this particular location I always have to dry the entire car because they put the cars per hour too fast. At all locations there should be cleaners and towels available with the price they charge. I have seen this at rocket car wash and others. There is also always loud music from other people acting like it's their driveway. This time. My car also smells like marijuana because of somebody smoking while I was vacuuming. Would be nice if the employees did more than just stand by a touch screen that anybody can use.

What a rip off!!! I just paid $16 and my car was still dirty. It was a glorified rinse. The hood and windows still had dust all over them. The water spots were still not dry and dripping off the entire car. Like, for this price I could have gone to Terribles and gotten wax and a shine. Geez!! They're right about one thing, you say WOW at how crappy this place is.

Sour vinegar smell coming from AC after car washes at this location. Be very careful. Something about this car wash has caused two of my vehicles to get sour vinegar smells from the A/C. It only happens after going through the car wash. It smells awful and their entire car wash STINKS!

WoW … they have gone downhill fast.. vacuums not working.. automated wash so busy car comes out not clean. Been a monthly pass holder since opening. Not enough staff on weekends to keep up car cleaning area and broken vacuum or low pull common now at this location

Very helpful young man at the front. He made suggestions but no high-pressure sales. It did get my filthy van clean !

Gets your car nice and clean, LOVE that they hand out microfiber towels to you before wash if you need it. Packages need a little better pricing, I would be interested in a year or 6 month package or larger discounts with cash package.

Some of the vacuums were not attached. It would also be nice if they had a Water spout so the customers could wet their towels to wipe the inside of their cars or so they could clean their car mats.

Ran my car through twice after a long road trip and it didn't clean the front/grill at all. Same for bugs on the windshield etc. Great for dust but not much else. I will not be renewing my membership.
