Ordered an lcd for my son’s iPad, was told it would take 2-3 days for the lcd to arrive and I would get a phone call when it arrived. Returned 6 days later because anytime I called they would leave me on hold for over 15 minutes. The worker at the time did not speak any English at all and seemed clueless. He told me he wasn’t sure and would ask his manager when she arrived. Once again I was told they would call me to give me an update. 9 days later still no phone call and no lcd. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Terrible communication on their end.
First and definitely the last time I ever bring my business to a Wireless Toyz.

I SPENT 135$ FOR A TABLET TO NOT RESPOND. THE RECEIPT SAYS 14 DAY POLICY BUT I DIDNT EVEN USE THE TABLET UNTIL A MONTH LATER!!! AS SOON AS I TURNED IT ON . SCREEN WOULD NOT RESPOND!!TOOK A BOTH OF MY KIDS TABLETS TO GET FIXED. A APPLE & LG. THEY SAID THEY ONLY COULD REPLACE APPLE BUT NOT THE LG TABLET I ALSO PURCHASED A CASE & SCREEN PROTECTOR! SO I WAS NOT GOING TO LET 1 KID USE A TABLET WHEN THE OTHER WAS NOT FIXED. THE APPLE TABLET THEY "FIXED" SAT IN MY CLOSET UNTIL I WAS ABLE TO GET ANOTHER TABLET FOR MY OTHER KID! ... I FINALLY WENT TO USE THE TABLET AND IT DIDNT EVEN RESPOND TO THE TOUCH. 135$ DOWN THE DRAIN. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE. NOT A GOOD BUSINESS. THEY POLICY SUCKS.ESPECIALLY WHEN I SPEND SO MUCH.

Very upset with their services, The front and back screen were cracked so I brought the phone in and got it fixed. It had been 3 months since the screens cracked and my phone worked perfect, didn’t give me any issues until they fixed the screens. When I went in to ask why all of a sudden the phone was malfunctioning they said it was the “brain of the phone” basically saying it was us trying to fix a phone that was already having problems which was far from the truth.

Do yourself a favor and go to someone who won't screw your device up .. went for simple screen repair and place did more damage than good. I paid for them to ruin my new phone when all I needed was a screen repair. Girl was very unprofessional and was rude you and doesn't honor the warranty for repair printed on receipt. You couldn't pay me to go in that store for any service. It was a total waste of money for them to do more damage to my phone .. TERRIBLE PHONE REPAIR BUSINESS BEWARE GO ELSEWHERE OR YOU WILL REGRET it like I do now... What a cheating no help if you want to pay to get a bad experience and no phone repair service then this is your place. Terrible business if you can call it that ... RIP OFF ARTISTS...?????
