I had a Samsung Galaxy S21+ that I had purchased as refurbished in April of 2023. In the middle of a cruise (Aug 2024) my screen went dark and while the phone was on and got calls, nothing could be done without the screen. Upon my return home I contacted CPR and took the phone in for repair. They replaced my screen that same day, and I didn't loose any saved work, photos, or files. Courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would definitely use their services again.

Being my first to a cellphone repair shop,I had no idea what the process is about.
The CPR man in the store was polite ,knowledgeable and efficient. I left my cellphone for a few hours to place the screen and happy it was ready for pick up 2 hours early. Excellent service Thank you
