I visited there with my daughter on 12/27/23 a day after we drove to Vegas. We walked in and were the only ones in the store. WE WERE NOT GREETED ACTUALLY I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE WAS even THERE WORKING. My daughter tried a few dresses on and decided on 2. I had to search the store to find someone to check us out. We bought 2 dresses and paid $83. At the counter we both commented on the sales lady's long dinner nails. I mean L-O-N-G! She gunshot up or transaction I thanked her for putting the glittery dress in a seperate bag from the non glittery one.She printed out the receipt I watched her long nails maneuver our receipt that was just printed into the bag. We got home and a week before the dance my daughter tried the sparkly dress on and decided it wasn't what she wanted to wear. I said no problem I have the receipt. Well, the receipt I was given for my purchases that day was from 12/22/23. It was for $9.10 and the purchase on the receipt was give an employee discount. So I can not return the dress and get my money back b/c no receipt. The problem I have is that yes I DO have the receipt the employee completing my transaction gave me. Iam boys out of pocket due to the incompetence of a Windsor employee. This is Windors fault not mine and they should correct it. This is why I have a 1 star rating. Not right Windsor!

I needed assistance with selecting a dress for a work party and one of the managers took the time to help me find the perfect dress , shoes and accessories. She was so kind and professional I wanted to come back and show her my pics ... I felt as if I had my own wardrobe stylist! Thank you!

You wait in a line where there is only one person ahead of you and nobody at the cashier stand. After waiting for 15 MINUTES I Finally see someone who works there and ask them to help us and she says she can’t because she doesn’t have access to the cashier but the manager can help BUT the manager is in an interview right now. after pulling teeth to find out how much longer the interview would be the managers FINALLY walk out to help the first customer WITHOUT apologizing for the wait. Once it’s my turn I walk up to the counter and Jessica (the manager) just looks down and starts talking to Blanca (the other manager). Without greeting me or even looking up to say “hi” Jessica says “email”. After a few seconds of silence I realize she was asking for my email.This is absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced and I don’t think I will ever shop here again. At the very least you can greet your customers as they walk in, have enough respect to look up when talking to your customers, OR talk in complete sentences when asking a question.

I have one word, ULU!!!! What a fantastic sales person, she was efficient, courteous, kind, and genuinely put forth the effort to help me find the perfect dress for a formal event I'm attending. Not only did she pull things for me that I wouldn't have thought to try, she was dead on, so much so, that I bought two dresses! They have tons of cute accessories in the store as well, and prices are great. If you need a quick night out or formal dress without breaking the bank, go see Ulu at the LV South outlet Windsor store. She is worth the stop, I promise you won't be disappointed for taking the chance. I was totally expecting to get the usual outlet shopping experience where you have to dig or search for a person to assist. Not here, not with Ulu! She should be running this store and training others on sales etiquette and how to properly handle a customers needs! Thank you so much for everything you did to help me Ulu, I can't thank you enough. I will be back to see you again very soon for those snake earrings since I love them!

The best part of visiting this busy, messy, and understaffed store was having the dressing room attendant deliberately skip me and call the woman who was attempting to cut in front of me in line. The second best part was being shoved aside by the employees because "it's too busy." it's incredibly rare for me to give a review. It was just that bad. It was also fun watching the employees stand around talking to each other as opposed to helping anyone.
